Dispatcher Katelynn said she could have someone come by in about half an hour. She followed up with a call in a short while that someone would be there in about 10 minutes. PJ (the technician) pulled in right as promised in a well-labeled van. I met him and confirmed the work, and he dug right in. Unsuccessful at 'picking' the lock, he resorted to an older method of partially forcing the passenger door open, and reaching in with a long, thick wire to pull the handle. Piece of cake. Done in less than 10 minutes. I thought the price was worth it.
