PJ (the technician) pulled in right as promised in a well-labeled van. I met him and confirmed the work, and he dug right in. Unsuccessful at 'picking' the lock, he resorted to an older method of partially forcing the passenger door open, and reaching in with a long, thick wire to pull the handle. Piece of cake.
