We have had about a handful of issues arise since we have had it, but some of them are due to "learning the true process of owning/caring for a hot tub." Chris is our go-to guy. When he is needed, he is there within half of a day with a solution. He is wonderful at talking us through any of the scenarios we have encountered and is patient with all questions thrown at him. I'll never step in Pinch a Penny again as this was not the first time that I had a bad experience there.
