Not only was there shoddy communication from our "project manager" (emails went unanswered for weeks), the final product was less than ideal. The actual decals lacked the clean, professional look we desired. And when I asked if they could make a smaller decal with no background for a whiteboard we had, they told us it would be impossible because they didn't have the tools necessary. Well, we found another company near by who did. And most importantly they DOUBLE CHARGED US on that order, while at the same time telling us the second decal they printed "because there was extra space" was for free. We are STILL waiting for our refund check.

I highly recommend, "A Place To Copy." The customer service was absolutely stellar!…read more My wedding was in April of this year and I needed to have placement - "thank you cards" printed. My wedding coordinator suggested this business and assured me they would do a great job. She was right!!! I can't recall the name of the sweet gentleman who assisted us (the one with the beard) but, this man was such a tremendous blessing to my then fiancé and I. We had to make some adjustments to the cards and he assisted me to make sure the cards printed out perfect. We had a very tight schedule and had no time to return to pick up the placement cards m. We explained to him that we did not live in NC and had just arrived into Durham and asked if it were anyway possible to have the cards printed while we were there. This sweetheart of a man delayed his lunch to accommodate us. It seems simple, but for an overwhelmed bride and groom it meant the world to us. We absolutely enjoyed chatting with him and could not thank him enough for his kind gesture. Hopefully he will see this post and know just how grateful we STILL are! Sometimes is just the small things!

I submitted the order online because I was unsure if I would be able to wait for it to be printed had I walked in. The instructions for online were way to follow. I ended up needing to call because I wanted to be sure that the paper was nice quality paper and not standard paper! And I wanted to change the size. When I called I instantly spoke with a girl and she couldn't really help me so she put me on hold. A guy came back to phone and informed me that he had already printed the items because I had paid for them but encouraged me to come because he could solve the issue a little better so I did. When I arrived there were only a few people in the store and I was immediately greeted. A guy named Joe checked me out but I realized that the guy I spoke with named was Darius. Each of them were very helpful and accommodating. I ended up keeping everything the same and walked out a satisfied customer. The parking lot was very and the store was well kept! The employees were nice and easy to speak with! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking to print things. But make sure that you fully understand what you are printing online! Lol!

FedEx to the rescue!…read more We were preparing for a grand opening in Wendell, and one of our activations involved a scavenger hunt with custom "golden tickets." I had ordered everything in advance and had it shipped directly to the site. FedEx showed the package as delivered and signed for, but once we started searching the mailroom, the package was nowhere to be found. Time for Plan B. Thankfully, I had the original ticket file. I sent it to this FedEx Office on Capital Boulevard around noon and requested a straightforward print job: color tickets, approximately 3 1/2 x 6 inches, printed on regular paper and cut to size. Nothing elaborate, but I needed them that day. By 6:30 p.m., they were ready -- and perfect. I had to drive into Raleigh from Wendell because there wasn't a convenient FedEx Office near the client site, but the trip was worth it. Pickup was quick, parking was easy right in front, the staff was professional, and most importantly, the finished product was exactly what I needed. No drama. No complications. They simply got the job done. I've always had good experiences with FedEx. It can cost a little more than some alternatives, but I appreciate the tracking and accountability, especially when I'm shipping or printing something important for work. When you're facing a deadline, reliability matters. And since I was already driving into Raleigh, I made a lovely dinner reservation afterward. Crisis solved AND dinner? I'll take the win! Thank you to the team at the FedEx Office on Capital Boulevard for helping turn a potentially stressful situation into an easy fix. Professional, efficient and dependable. I love me some FedEx!

My one note if you're scanning is that the scanners can only do about 10 pages at a time if you're scanning and sending to an email address. So it can take a little bit if you have a big print project.

I frequent…read morethis Office Depot quite a bit because it is close to my office and I find that when I visit, they do have what I need, but limit the options of color, style, brand, etc. The store is also not organized very well, so I spend most of my time actually finding items. It is rarely very busy, so there isn't usually a problem with getting help if I need it, but when it is time to check-out, it's usually a ghost town. Plus, they have a giant red sign that reads, "Check Out" at the copy/print area so when I head over there, I am told that is the check-out for the copy print area. Huh? Why do the other lines not get a big giant "check out" sign? Oh well... OD gets the job done, but it's not my fave.
