Those who have used this company in this area were originally using Primo, which was fine-five stars but then about six weeks ago they merged with ready refresh and I have not seen Water Delivery since they merged. They've made six rescheduling in those six weeks. Impossible to talk to someone at the company I've bought my empties outside waiting for the pick up, find out it's been rescheduled and have to bring the five empties back inside (HOA rules.) So it's just been a very frustrating experience and we pay a good deal of money towards the service.

I called to cancel on 10/16 and spoke to someone who promised me a reduced rate for my next delivery. I mistakenly agreed. The delivery was this past Monday and when they sent my invoice they charged me the regular rate and not the reduced rate I was promised. I called and of course they have "no record" of my call or any notes in my account. That's so shady. I should have demanded they put that in writing. Lesson learned. Go elsewhere. They will gouge you and not make good on their promises.

I don't think anyone has every evaluated the tank and am so appreciative. This could have been disastrous situation. Thank you Oswin! The tank replacement team John, Brandon and Shane did a great job. They explained what they were doing, and were so careful not to damage the house as they had to remove the old heavy tank. They saved me money by confirming the remaining oil was still good and pumped it into the new tank. Everyone was great throughout the process from start to finish and I am grateful.
