I'm particularly impressed with the progress my four year old has made since joining this organization. In just under three months, he moved from Level 1 to Level 4 and is continuing to excel under their coaching and direction. When you sign up, you receive a Watermelon Swim bag, t-shirt, and booklet that includes helpful "I can..." statements for guiding your child's swimming journey. The Watermelon Swim app is incredibly handy and allows you to sign your child up for make-up classes if he/she is expected to miss a regularly scheduled class. What I like most about this swim school is their flexibility. They have classes during evenings and weekends, which is helpful for the working family. Horrible company please save your money and find another pool company. Everything was going great with the company until it was time to install the pebble tec inside our pool. Per our contract we paid for pebble tec to be installed in our pool... we later found out they decided to go with a cheaper company stone scapes and never told us. Not only that whoever they contracted to install it did so incorrectly and caused dark stains in our pool, sponge marks and discoloration. Once realizing the discoloration we contacted the company nicely asking them to come out and look at the pool they Kept sending out their pool cleaner guy who continued to add chemicals to hopefully make the discoloration away. Week after week they ignored us but kept sending this guy out with more chemicals. We continued to contact the owners to ask them to come out to see with no responses. it's now been months since we have heard from them they don't want to call us back or bear responsibility for their mistake. We have paid them in full so they got our money and don't need to respond to us anymore. Please save yourself a headache and find a different company!

BUT over the years as their quality help in the store left it has gone way down hill. It became totally hit and miss on in store visits to check water condition. We actually dropped them for Pool Duck a while back when we needed service. I young man answered the phone and it became obvious he couldn't care less if used them to fix our pool or not. The day of the scheduled repair came and went, so I called this time a lady answered & said she had no record of our service call. Again she was rude and basically implied I was making the entire thing up. Called Pool Duck they were very nice , pool was fixed the next day at a very fair price. Bought a little equipment from Amazon to check water myself and buy all my chemicals from Amazon too, they are way cheaper anyway. I'd been using GPS for convince and their friendly knowledgeable staff, but those people are long gone.
