We decided on Unique Pools and Spas because they had more in stock than most companies and delivered our Cal Spa within just a few days and before Christmas. Christy was fantastic, knowledgeable and very patient with our 20 questions. There was a mix-up where the wrong spa was delivered but it was corrected immediately and the correct one was delivered the next day. Electric was much more expensive than we anticipated, so hate that but it was ultimately worth it. We've enjoyed it for several nights now and I would recommend this business to everyone. Service has been outstanding. Thank you Christy!

Absolutely unacceptable experience…read more My daughter went into this shop after speaking with someone on the phone who saw photos of her bass guitar and assured her they'd offer a fair trade. When she arrived in person, three men ganged up on her, using scare tactics and bullying behavior to pressure her into a bad trade. Despite her showing valid ID (she's nearly 19), they bizarrely claimed she was only 17 and not even allowed to be in the store. Whether this was part of their intimidation or just ignorance, it's completely unprofessional and inappropriate. No young woman should be treated this way--especially by a group of adults in a business setting. This shop clearly takes advantage of people, and their tactics are shady at best. I would strongly advise others, especially younger customers, to avoid this place entirely.
