I booked my appt online for a Saturday which works great with my work schedule. Dropped the dogs off and was warmly greeted by the groomer, Annie. She handled my old lady dogs with patience and care. You could tell how much she pours her heart into each dog and making sure it is an enjoyable experience for them while also meeting the expectations of the human owner (me). I picked up my golden girls a couple hours later.., they smelled great, had clean ears and teeth and short nails. I could tell my girls felt pampered and exhausted from the festivities. It was perfect- I highly recommend and will be back soon

Cyndel worked on Cooper and did a spectacular job. Once again, the best grooming/haircut he has ever had, and Cyndel did the whole job very quickly. Based on my recent experiences at Lone Mountain I fully and totally recommend both Anne and Cyndel as excellent groomers and compassionate dog lovers! Thanks again.

We usually take our dog to petsmart or petco, but he's been getting older and has formed many warts…read moreon his body. The last time we went to the generic places they cut one of his warts and we were so worried to take him anywhere else. After some research we found this place and decided to give it a go. I appreciate that they come to your home and only take care of your dog at the session. This provides a quicker experience with less distractions and more assurance that the groomer's full attention is on your dog. If you have any special concerns/requests for your dog, I recommend calling them and asking for a groomer that has more experience with your concerns. I mentioned my concern with cutting my dogs warts and they recommended we work with Margaret. Margaret was great and managed to give our dog a short cut without cutting his warts. Really appreciate them. I'm giving 4 stars bc it is a bit pricey, the generator outside the house is quite loud, and the groomer was 30 minutes late.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been taking my…read moredogs here since I was a kid, so this really breaks my heart to write. I've always trusted this place and never thought I'd have a bad experience -- but the last few months have been awful. A while back, one of my dogs came home with an eye infection that lasted over a week and took vet visits to clear up. I tried to brush it off as a one-time mistake because I wanted to believe in them. But today, my other dog came home with a CHUNK missing from her ear. I was shocked, angry and heartbroken. I've attached a photo because it still doesn't feel real. I was told this by the groomer who said sorry and ran into the back room. I've always paid in full and treated the staff with respect, but after two injuries to my dogs, I just can't go back. It hurts to say that about a place I've trusted for so long. My dogs mean everything to me, and they deserve better care than this. Zero stars from me -- and a very heavy heart.
