The first one would not give me a price. the second one tried to convince me to replace the cams without even opening up the case. Carson's gave me a price and said if there was any other issues once he opened it up he would give me a call. This is what a dealer should do. I understand there can always be hidden problems that you won't see until you look inside. Just give me an estimated price and the owner can make decisions based on that. I dropped the bike off and went over a few things with Mike. I got a call the next day saying the bike was ready to pick up. Everything looked great and the bike ran like a champ. This is what a dealer/service department should be. They have earned my business and thanks again Mike.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ!!!!! So a few weeks out i had a…read morerundown service with the owner. First off it took forever to get response back from him, about status about the motorcycle. Now this is my experience and a mistake i did, I really hope you don't do the same mistakei did. Please if you have him service your motorcycle, when picking it up please look to be sure everything looks alright to you. Bc I didn't and now i have a f up screw in my clutch handle. I can easily fix this by getting a new screw. But my deal with him was that he should have told me about his mistake working on the motorcycle, but he didn't also he charged me for service to the clutch which he didn't fix. So to keep it short, he is not a man of his word. He twists his words. He is not responsive. And there is no sincerity to his services, let not forget he is pricey. I will NOT RECOMMEND HIM FOR SERVICES. Bc little things matters. And If You do receive his services, please be sure to look around your motorcycle for anything that wasn't there before your dropped of the motorcycle, bc he will f up something and don't let you know till you later find out. That would be late to argue with him.

Two weeks pass I call to check if it's repaired. They never ordered the parts because the manufacturer told them to check the fuel filter and fuel lines. Now stop right here...... why didn't the tech check the fuel filter when diagnosing the problem? Moving on... I get told this, the fuel filter replacement, plus's a spare filter and all the diagnosis cost $455.00. Pretty steep, but ok. At least I know the tank is clean with a fresh filter. The manufacturer's "owners manual" doesn't mention a fuel filter, or I would have checked it myself. Pony Powersports cannot be trusted!
