The three women managing the place, Medora, Britany and Kaitlyn are the most compassionate, charming and funny ladies you would ever want watching over your loved ones. I just can't say enough about how caring and hard working they are. I would give this place ten stars if I could. The rooms are spotless and spacious enough to be comfy. My friend Paul has lived there for the past couple of years and he has really enjoyed all of the people there and looks forward to the many activities they offer and to top it off he actually brags about the cooking in the dining room. In the lease, you are paying for 3 meals served in the dining area, apartment cleaning services, laundry, activities, as well as rides to appointments. This is so inaccurate...... no cleaning, activities, food is horrible, no laundry, tenants were told there family would have to clean their apartment if they couldn't!

I was in Germany when the recent (Jan. 2024) arctic front hit. I e-mailed R & L and asked whether they could enter my house, check on things, and do all the things we do to keep pipes from freezing. They responded immediately with, "Yes, of course." On the day I arrived home, Spokane was hit with record snowfall. Yet by the time got to Sandpoint, all snow had been cleared in driveways and parking areas near the house and I could drive right into my garage. Frozen pipes all over the county but all is well in my home.
