For a year and a half, as we waited for our house in Oregon to sell so we could make the move, every time we came to visit, Tom would take us out to see all the properties he thought we would like. All at once things fell together, our house sold, Tom had found us our dream home, we had made an offer... With us 600 miles south busy packing and selling our own home, Tom took care of everything on this end for us! His patience, knowledge of the area, professionalism and attention to detail made the whole experience such a joy that when we finally got settled in our incredible new home, I came to work for him! Hoping I can make others experience as great as he made ours!

Mike MacAlevy and his company Selkirk Timberwrights built our timber home in Naples four years ago…read more From the first time we met with Mike and his wife Tanya at their office, we were impressed with the orderliness, cleanliness and professionalism at their business. Mike designed our home himself from a crude design we drew on a piece of paper, and was patient with us as we met and tweaked it numerous times. Mike's crew was very friendly and professional. During the build, we would often watch Mike install a piece of wood, inspect it, remove it, shave off the tiniest bit and reinstall it so it was perfect! Looking at other homes we have noticed builders frequently will let things slide, and it shows, but Mike never did. Although the building process was slower than us eager homeowners would've liked, the end result is a beautiful custom home from start to finish with special details throughout that everyone notices when they visit. Even others in the construction business always ask, "Who built your house?" as they gaze around. We're so happy we chose Mike and Tanya!

Some RE agents just get in the way of deals and collect their fee, but Paul guided and advised expertly from start to finish. He is a well known and well respected insider in the greater Sandpoint area and so he was able to show us the home of our dreams and, more importantly, use his connections to get us into the deal and get it closed. Paul put us in touch with a 1031 facilitator and selling agent in San Diego with whom he had a track record, and kept the Sandpoint seller on board while the transaction unfolded. I was a top commercial real estate broker in San Diego so I know good service when I see it, and Paul Reisen is the best.

I never had to guess as to what was taking place with those showings because Mistie was always relaying the information so I was aware of everything that was taking place.
