The store on Pines in Spokane Valley has an extra bonus in that they have a mentally unstable employee named Amber who will freak out on you, throw stuff at you. grab your receipt and throw it on the floor. when you tell her that she WILL give you back your receipt, she will tell you that she feels threatened and call the cops on you, keep in mind you have already been yelled at, a acused of using the item as needed then trying to return it, had an item off the counter thrown at you and had her wad your receipt up and throw it on the floor on her side of the counter. the coos showed up, 2 of the Valleys finest. another employee came out and told the police that Amber does this to customers and that she was out of line. one of the officers went into the store to try to reason with miss Hurd, I mean Amber. she yelled at him also. Do not buy anything from Advanced Auto Parts!!!!!!! We are stuck with a $117 faulty part that does not work. I'm not sure why Amber is allowed to treat customers this way. Not sure if it's a drug issue, mental condition or if she just enjoys treating people this way

Install was fast and getting them from rough country same as the lift only had to drill 4 holes!

( I'm a single 62year old single woman) When I went in to return a headlight bulb , this next guy actually pounded his fist down when I didn't hear him and had to ask him to repeat himself. He was pissed because " he was in a hurry " there was one other customer in the store. If you need anything for your car and just want decent customer service - go anywhere else.

I have been going to this place for 15 years to get tires, window tints etc... i send family…read morehere... I paid for new tires and window tint and picked it up and there was bubbles everywhere on the tint (which there normally isn't). the service guy pulls out a credit card and tries to smooth them out. I leave because I was heading out of town. it only got worse. and once rolling my window down after 2 days there were bubbles all over and the tint is a half inch short from the top of my window. Also my tire sensors don't work now . they also didn't give me my tires back like I requested. It looks like Stevie Wonder tinted my windows. what is going on here??? The normal guys aren't at the front desk. was there a massive exit?? Financial problems??
