I absolutely love pompeiis but lately service has been a struggle, I called and the guy that answered said "hello" which confused me I thought maybe I called the wrong number. He stated that our food would be ready in 15-20 min my boyfriend and I waited for over 25-30 additional min on top of the 15-20 I called in at 8:21 and we didn't get our food until 9:15. Service makes a restaurant and it just lately has not been how it used to. I will say the lady that brought our food out apologized for the wait and was very kind but not getting our food for 45 min when told it would be 15-20 was a little too much for me. This is not the first time this has happened and I am not sure we will be coming to the Evart location much anymore. I understand mistakes happen but it again has not been the first time. read more

Ordered pizza's and they told me 30 minutes. We got them 1 hour and 15 minutes later. One pizza was cold and the other was just warm. They were below average and the service was terrible. Very disappointed. When we called to complain, the manager, Jennifer was disrespectful and hung up on us. We have never experienced service like this before. We will not be returning. Their cinni-bites are delicious, the décor is great, and they are always willing to help out the school with deals, fund raisers, and anything else. We do take out from hear quite regularly. read more

Long wait. Only ordered a sub and two salads. Sub beat the side salads out. Had to ask for the sub. Was sitting under the heat lamp. Not busy when we got here, but they got behind quickly. I looked into the kitchen to see employees casually working and playfully throwing food at each other. Sub was good. read more

We love Pompeiis and eat there almost weekly. The dining area is clean and the staff is friendly. The lunch specials are a super deal if you can get there before 4pm. This is our favorite eating place in Evart for sure. read more

Place is new. Staff was ok. Prices on pizza was a little high for the amount of food you get. The pizza was practically tasteless. The bread sticks are too overpowered with parmesan cheese, most people would have expected garlic but there was no garlic at all. They dont deliver outside Evart limits. Not impressed at all. I wish I could give less than one star! The service at this location is horrible. The customer service lady taking the orders obviously HATES her job there! Doesn't greet people doesn't say thank you and never says you're welcome when you thank her for something. Our party ordered our food within minutes of each other but half the group got their food while the other half waited an extra 20 minutes just to finally get it and have it be wrong. If that wasn't bad enough there was a hair in the pomazone. Not impressed one bit, drive a few blocks more and go to BC Pizza!!! read more

Well called this pompeiis and placed and order thirty minutes later called to find out where they were since they are litterally right close to my house. They said in a few minutes it would be here here goes by another thirty minutes still no pizza called a second time they said they were right around the corner. Another thirty minutes passes and still nothing. Called a third time and they tried saying they never got an order from us. Someone needs to wake up at this place and do their job. read more

This restaurant is no where near it counter parts. The management is pretty rude to their employees, at least what I seen while I was in there. The staff doesn't seem to care what the customer thinks nor do they look like they care to be there in the first place. In the lobby you can hear the staff talking in the back, and it seems like the place is all about the drama. I have been here several times and its always the same every time. Over charged cardboard, rude management, and there is ALWAYS a longer wait than what they tell you. If I could rate lower than one star I would. The only thing this restaurant deserves a star for is their delivery drivers, they're really the only ones who seem to care about the customer, and that is probably because they have to see the customer face to face and not behind a counter and the food has never been late or wrong whenever I've had a delivery. This place should honestly be shut down, Evart only needs one pizza place for its size, and BC defiantly gets the majority for putting customers and employees first.
