When I first met her, she was very welcoming and caring. I was skeptical at first about going to a chiropractor but my back and neck were hurting badly. I heard negative comments about chiropractors before, that they aren't real doctors and they scam people, but I had to try something. Since I was in a car accident, the car insurance company PIP helped with the sessions after deductible. The first few appointments started with some tests and X-ray. Dr. Whitford showed me what was wrong with my postures and how my body changed from the accident. At every session, she adjusted my back and neck. I'd lay or sit on the bed thing (not sure what it's called) and she would do her magic. I always left feeling better and shocked (in a good way). Dr. Whitford was also like a "therapist" to me. She'd listen to my stories and worries. She was always a great listener and she is genuine, dedicated, caring, and professional.
