It's very clean, quaint, and legitimate. My massage therapist May, was very knowledgeable in deep tissue massage and hot stone therapy. I paid $40 for a half hour, well worth the price for the level of massage therapy I got. I am very active and physically fit and put my body through the ringer 24/7. Well, she shortened me 17 minutes and all she was interested in was soliciting sex for money asking me how much I would pay for this pay for that. I even gave her $20 tip even though I wasn't happy with the massage nor the shorting of the time. In my opinion she was not a professional masseuse as I've done this so many times. I tried to call whoever the manager is but they don't speak very good English I was going to ask for them to refund my money talk to an owner or the manager. She kept saying I don't understand and to come back well I was catching a flight wasn't going to waste my time going back to that place. I figured they would refund my money I'd let it go and never look back or patronize this place again. I am going to dispute the charges with my bank and I told the lady still didn't understand what I was trying to say I said well you've got my number please have the owner or the manager get back to me if I don't get a refund on this massage I am going to call the board of health and see to it that your licenses will be revoked and the place shut down places more like a house of prostitution disguised as a massage parlor. When I inquired about the significant price discrepancy, the employee offered two questionable and misleading explanations that felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch tactic: False Service Distinction: I was told that the foot massage I requested was somehow "different" from the one advertised at the lower rate, despite the service description being vague and matching general expectations. False Redemption Rules: I was then falsely told that the Groupon rate was not available for "walk-ins" and that I would have to schedule an appointment at least two weeks in advance. Based on prior experience using similar services, this is a clear fabrication intended to force customers into paying the much higher, non-discounted rate. I felt pressured and misled into the transaction, ultimately paying an inflated price.
