1/2 4.5 Stars The Hawaiian atmosphere is welcoming, colorful, and fun from the moment you walk in. We were greeted with a lei upon entering, smiling faces, and even an offer to take a group picture--a great way to start the evening. The drink selection was impressive, with something for just about everyone--Cosmos, espresso martinis, wine, beer, and an incredible variety of specialty drinks. Dinner was served buffet-style with a nice selection of fish, beef, chicken, and pork. I didn't get an opportunity to grab pictures of the food, but there were also a variety of salads and a delicious vegetable medley. Overall, it was a very good meal with plenty to choose from. The entertainment really added to the experience. Guests are even given the opportunity to go on stage and learn a dance, which was fun to watch and made the evening feel interactive. The gentleman who guided us through the evening was funny and engaging, with a soft, genuine voice and warm smile that made you want to listen to him. And the live music--absolutely beautiful. The voices and melodies were something I could have listened to all day. It created exactly the kind of relaxed, authentic atmosphere you hope to experience in Hawaii. The staff was on point throughout the evening--attentive, friendly, and always smiling. And to top it all off, the cake was delicious! Great drinks, good food, beautiful live music, engaging entertainment, and genuinely welcoming people made this a memorable Hawaiian experience.

We had a wonderful time. Doors opened at 7:30 and we were able to have delicious tiki drinks in a beautifully decorated lounge. Then our picture was taken as we entered the dining room and was available to purchase after the show. Food was a buffet and there were several salads, sides, meats, and cake. Non-alcoholic beverages were included. The service was great. The show was spectacular and worth the extra cost to sit closer to the stage. I highly recommend this experience.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Atmosphere and show was everything![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Great staff who were on point. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The performance was excellent. You can see the effort in everything they do.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was alright. I was lucky enough to be in line at the buffet when they put up fresh chicken teriyaki. It wasn't even hot..?? So was the rice with mixed veggies. The macaroni salad was very sweet with sugar. Steam vegetables were alright, but definitely frozen kind. [[HIGHLIGHT]]But the show was very good.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Would never go for the food, but the show made it better. If the food matched the show this place would be a big point of tourism.

We took our 3 year old grandson to see the luau. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The main speaker was entertaining.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our first experience was good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The show was okay.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] For the money it was good value. The food was okay as well. My favorite was the cake. The service was very good they have a large staff. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place was very roomy except for the tables have you looking at the stage at an angle.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Drinks are available everywhere. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We did get some good pictures.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We wouldn't do this again but would recommend for first timers.

We went to the Polynesian Fire Luau tonight and had a good time overall, but there are definitely a few things they could improve. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The waiting area before the show was packed and really warm. They had a couple fans going, but a few others weren't even turned on, and there weren't enough seats for how many people were crammed in there. It made the wait feel longer and kind of uncomfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The show was listed as starting at 8 PM, but that's actually when they started letting people in. Every family was stopped for a photo at the entrance, which slowed everything down. I did appreciate that seats were pre-assigned, so you didn't have to fight the crowd or rush to grab a spot. That part was smooth. Once you're seated, you head to the buffet. The food was okay--not amazing, but not bad either. You're seated with your group or with other guests, depending on your party size, which can be hit or miss. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The show itself started off a little slow with mellow music and pacing, but it really picked up toward the end. The finale was awesome--high energy, great performances, and definitely the highlight of the night.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Dinner at 8 PM is already pretty late, and with the delays getting in, the whole evening ran long. If they streamlined the check-in and photo process, it would make a big difference. Overall, I'd give it 4 stars. The show was worth it, especially the ending, but they could definitely tighten up the logistics to make the experience smoother.

Amazing show, the staff and performers were amazing. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great Island ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] the food filled the hole and feed us well. Fire Fire Fire!!!

The show was wonderful. There are some very talented people in the show. The fire part of the show was amazing. Unfortunately the food was absolutely awful. The pulled pork was like soup and very fatty. The chicken had some kind of weird texture to it. Not sure what was up with that. The vegetables were overcooked. And it was utterly chaos and way too many people trying to get to the buffet line and back to their seats. The tables were so close together that one person had to sit down in order for another one to pass . I'm glad there wasn't an emergency.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Polynesian Fire Luau had a small pop up bar experience for Elvis.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]What a home run!!!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is themed extraordinary.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We need to return for the dinner show.

Buffet food was as expected for a Buffett dinner show for $60. The show was good. Lots of talent on the stage with some natives of the islands that seemed to care about sharing their culture and its traditions. The fire was entertaining and for me scary. I definitely kept my eyes on the show and was ready to head to the exit if anything went wrong. Safety was a priority which was reassuring. The water in the ladies room sink was scalding hot. Very unsafe. This is worth the price for the value of the food and entertainment.

If you're going for the food you'll probably be a bit disappointed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you're going for the show then it's a good mix of fire, dancing, audience participation and of course some comedic moments from the onstage performers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's a buffet that also includes soft drinks and slices of cake for dessert. [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you get there early there's a waiting area with a full bar and a couple of bartenders.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Then they start letting folks in, stopping groups/couples for the obligatory photo opportunity and then escort you to your assigned seats. Once inside you belly up to the buffet and bring it back to your seats. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We splurged the extra $10 per seat to sit up front, which was nice, because most folks did not so they were seated about 15 feet behind us.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Regardless, I don't think you'll find a bad view no matter where you sit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Anyway, fun show, food was OK, bar is open before and during the show.

Such an amazing experience and fun time with the family. The entertainers were definitely entertaining and hilaruous!! I had such a great time and it was worth the pay. The food was great, it might have just needed a little bit of salt but other than that it was very delicious. My kids enjoyed it and so did my parents so it was perfect for all ages. I might make this an annual experience

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Awesome venue, great show, but they are extremely disrespectful to their patrons.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Very disorganized with getting in line, photos, seating. The food is absolute garbage. It's basically a hospital cafeteria spread. Everything was pretty much cold on the buffet because they put it in the warmers like 10 minutes before they open the door so nothing has time to heat. Very unprofessional, disorganized, disrespectful to patrons and we won't be back. The photographer got combative with our group because we didn't want to wait in line for a photo, we wanted to be seated. Doors opened at 4, they had people waiting in like a lobby area, they had over an hour to do photos, just disorganized. Just not an enjoyable experience. Maybe the one in Orlando is better, but Daytona needs work. It's not worth the price.

The view from the room was excellent, but the grounds, rooms, and even the parking lot need some TLC. For the room itself, the furniture seemed to be from an old estate sale, though the bed was comfortable enough. And you didn't want to take your socks off considering the state of the floors. And then of course with the bathroom, the tub had a slow drain and I couldn't tell if there was a small leak or if there was just some leftover water from the previous occupant's shower, but the floor was still damp when I got there. From other reviews, I think the room condition is luck of the draw, it does seem like some have been touched up in the last 20 years. If you are used to staying in 1-2 star hotels, it's fine. But if you are used to nicer places, this is not the place for you

Everyone just seems so happy here so you can tell that it really enjoy their jobs which makes a huge difference. We started off with the coconut shrimp and had like this coconut mayo dipping sauce was different, but it was really good, but I felt like it needed like a sweet-and-sour sauce then I had the mahi tacos with just the rice no black beans definitely still as good as the last time I tried it my boyfriend got the buffalo chicken pizza gluten-free and he ate the entire thing so that just tells you right off the bat that it was good and to finish off our dinners we ended with Keylime pie. I want to preface this by saying we went on a very cold day and ate indoors..the pizza was outstanding and the waiter was friendly and engaging..in other words, typical for our experiences there. Prior to this, we even brought friends who hadn't been there before and loved it...now, to our recent experience: We were seated and the waitress seemed as though she wasn't very familiar with the menu and had to check on our requests, each check took a disturbingly long time. When we brought our friends, my gal ordered a hamburger and I asked the waitress if she could have the wagyu, rather than the angus burger, she readily said yes and my gal marveled over the burger...fast forward to the last experience, the waitress said she'd have to order the wagyu as posted and it "wasn't available" as a stand alone order. So my gal settled for the angus burger and again, the wait was a bit long and as we were considering to leave, the waitress showed up, gave us our food and left. the onion rings were cold...literally...they had been out so long that they weren't even warm (our prior experiences the onion rings arrived hot and delicious). Again we waited for our waitress to return and my gal had to ask another waitress if she could get us some hot onion rings. That waitress noted the cold onion rings and brought them back to the kitchen to prove we weren't being unreasonable, which was a greatly appreciated gesture on her part. Very promptly, the "other" waitress brought our onion rings, apologizing profusely...we thanked her and when my gal started into her Caesar salad, it was inedible....soggy, nearly tasteless and resembling a hot spinach salad with soggy lettuce than a crisp Caesar salad....the upside, the second batch of onion rings were up to their usual excellent standard, the burger was good, but not the intensity of flavor their wagyu burger had. If we hadn't been semi-regulars, it is a near certainty we wouldn't go back, but we aren't going to let a single experience unravel years of good experiences.
