A few days later, I called again to reschedule my appointment, and the same person was visibly upset because I needed to reschedule. Once again, he was very impatient. When I arrived at the office, the dentist did not introduce himself, and the procedure felt rushed. They did not offer sedation and only provided local anesthesia. When the procedure was finished, they hurried me to get up, and instead of verbally explaining aftercare instructions, they simply handed me a sheet of paper. The instructions were incomplete, and I still had several unanswered questions after reading them. I had complications after the surgery but I went to another dentist because I was not willing to go through all of that again. Overall, the experience was not terrible, but there are definitely better dental offices to go to.

Pain wasn't a major issue but it was certainly uncomfortable and eating was problematic. After calling a couple of places that couldn't see me for days/weeks, I got an appt w/Dr. Raab for the following morning. I knew the molar needed to be pulled but was more than a little nervous about being able to get an appt so quickly. All fears were unfounded, Dr. Raab was calming and professional, the tooth was pulled quickly and without pain (I'm a self-admitted wuss when it comes to dental stuff) - I didn't even feel the anesthetic injection. Since the procedure, I've had neither pain nor swelling and the site quickly stopped bleeding. Later in the day, I received a follow up call from Diane to ask how I was doing and to emphasize the correct follow-up care. If I lived locally, I would continue to come here for all my dental needs.
