There's no shortage of Polski skleps in the city centre these days; meaning Polish sausage, sweets and more are easier to get than ever. I've got a rule that keeps me coming back to Polsmak on Capel St and it's a simple one: They Know Better.
That means I'm not going to bother faffing around with making my own kraut, or try some too-sweet brand of horseradish from a more Western European shop that will make my roast beef sammy snigger.
