LOVE THIS PLACE. There was more than enough food and all of it was delicious! The chicken was seasoned and grilled to perfection, the beans were spectacular. And I would never have eaten grilled onion nor tortillas with this meal. If this is not authentic Mexican food it should be classified as such. If not, it's really good Tex-Mex. I will definitely be back and purchase enough for the family. I'm sure they will enjoy it just as much as I did. You have to check it out for yourself. read more

I placed my order online and didn't get any help after asking for my order. I was about 15 minutes late for pickup and still waited 20 minutes to get my order. They do not take care of online orders I would recommend order in person and wait. It was only an order of tacos and a half chicken. read more

First time having the nachos and they were amazing!! I have nachos with no meat, I prefer it that way, but the queso was very flavorful. I definitely recommend the nachos!! Simply the best!!! Just wish there was a little more queso, nonetheless they were near perfection! read more

To start off their management sucks. How can you not have chicken ready if this is a fast food place. I through the app, we get there and there is not chicken ready. After 25 minutes of waiting they brought out our chicken my surprise went we got home there was only half of chicken on the bag. This place has to get better management. Atmosphere is nice. .......... read more

Food is great, my only complaint is the service they took 15 minutes to make my order of tacos. While the two girl cashier was on the corner laughing and on the phone. And last time I was here they gave me my order wrong. Every time I come here they always get my order wrong and I'm tired of calling every time to complain all they do is they click on you or give you store credit. Why can't y'all just get my order right and on time and not cold !! Definitely not coming back.. read more

Yesenia was awesome made sure our order was complete and fresh! Great service i highly recommend

I order a bunch of food from here and the cashier from drive tru named Alma was really patient with me. I know I was being really specific about what I wanted on my food and I can say I'll be coming back here hopefully she takes my order again in the future. I love how friendly the manager Lizbeth was with everyone else I 100% recommend. read more

I often pick up lunch at this restaurant. I really don't ask much since half of chicken meal is what I often eat. Occasionally, I will order cabbage soup. So today I order a cabbage soup, and asked to replace the thigh with either with a wing or another leg. The cashier was so adament that the order comes with a leg and a thigh. I tried to explain to her that someone accommodated me before. So she asked me if I want to speak to a manager. In less than 3 seconds, she said the manager is not here. She didn't believe that the same place accommodated me, should I believe her the manager is not available? When someone wants soup, they don't need a lot of meat overwhelmingly filling up the container. I want soup She didn't even ask if I am willing to pay extra. I am upset because I eat there often. My request is not unreasonable. Well, you lose a customer. read more

This place normally slaps, but recently been getting really burnt chicken. They tend to miss the small items in your order on Doordash. Not going to stop ordering from here though! read more

Great service and great food. We have visited this location several times. It is always clean service and food is great. I love the chicken soup! Broth is delicious and the portions are generous. read more

The food overall is good, just like any other normal pollo regio. Now the service it has happened to me a couple of times that I have to stand there waiting because all the workers are always standing there talking. For them to be standing there talking they should instead be cleaning becuase I've ate here several times and it's always dirty, the floors are always dirty so are the tables. Another big thing is that there is always a bunch of flies I have never been to another food place that has this many flies. read more

I'd give no stars service is by far the worst save your time and money you will wait in line for a hour

Me and my family came here last night around 7pm and they weren't even busy to where we had to wait 40 minutes for some chicken because they ran out, I noticed that they were giving out drive thru and take out orders first, I get the urge to get drive thru orders out but it's not fair for the people who have been waiting inside for their food. Also my torta was not the best either it was cold and they drenched it in avocado like the avocado overpowered the meat and everything in it. This has probably been the worst pollo regio location I've been to. Personally I'll keep going to the one in mesquite. read more

Love the food here but terrible service. Terrible. Literally have been standing in line with one cashier for almost thirty minutes. One man waited on an order of fries for thirty minutes. Hire more employees. read more

This is absolutely the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Pollo Regio is much better in its other locations. About a month ago I went into the restaurant and I was looking at the sides, the person I was with said "they never have any of those sides here." There was an ad for smothered fries and a guy had waited for almost thirty minutes. The manager, who was very unprofessional asked if he would like a Pina Empanada in a sarcastic way. Sure enough, almost none of the sides. It was SO bad I let Pollo Regio know. They told me to install their app and they would give me points which was enough for a free churro. Fair enough. I returned last Sunday and the same manager and immediately one of the servers said, "we have no rice," and of course, many of the other sides they did not have either. When they had no containers for the sauces one of the servers brought out about fifty lids and asked if that would be okay. I merely said that usually you have to have a container to use a lid. He was so lazy that he could not even restock the containers for other customers so brought me three containers. When I tried to use the app for the free churro, literally six people gathered around the cash register and looked like 2x4s had hit them all upside their heads. One of the servers said, "yeah people don't use that here usually and you didn't purchase the minimum amount," which we had and then he said, "we can give you a churro for free." The fries came later and were not ready for the meal. Many of the employees were just standing around and of course, the manager was as well. Pollo Regio had done nothing to change anything at this location. One woman in line who was aware of everything said, "this location is a disaster, sometimes they don't even have chicken." I will never return. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION read more

They take forever on the drive through so make sure you have at least 1/2 an hour to spend on it ridiculous.

Absolutely love their chicken nachos! Employees are very nice and friendly. Sometimes wait times are pretty long, just depends the time you decide to stop by. read more

This is our favorite location of the chain, its still fairly new but we have been going there since it opened and almost naver had bad service or bad food. We mainly stick to the chicken but we have tried the papa with carne asada and love it as well ohh and the tacos are not bad. read more

I went to the restaurant today and words greeted with dirty looks. Am a black man so i didn't feel comfortable. But i stayed and paid for my food i was sitting there fighting flies off of me the whole time. No ac this restaurant was on Lake June. I will never eat there again floors for nasty. I came in last night a hour before they closed and they said they didn't have any horchata anymore I left and came back today for the same thing they took my order very fast but took 5 minutes to open the window to take my payment all while the employee were talking amongst themselves and I was waiting for my food they tell me to pull ahead and have me wait another 5 minutes for the rest of my order and the food came out cold read more

Despite not being able to eat inside so I can eat all the chips and salsa I want...getting it to-go is great too! This is the only pollo regio I will go to because every time without fail the cleanliness is great! Staff is great too! Today Cindy & Marianna were super helpful and efficient! The green sauce is what keeps me coming back! read more

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I ordered food through the drive they Sunday, 9/16/18. They took 30 minutes to get me from the order area to the boy window, when I got to the order window they told me they didn't have anymore of what I ordered. I opted to get something else thinking I'm wouldn't be charged the difference but I was charged. To top it off I had to wait another 25 minutes to get my food! I emailed their complaint and still haven't received a response 3 days later. Stay away from this place!! read more

Not impressed. The two stars are being generous to be honest. One star is for the incredible small greeting you at the door, and the other star is for the portion sizes. I went here with a group of friends on our lunch break at the request of someone who'd eaten here before. I almost cancelled my order after seeing so many flies. Not sure where they were coming from, but it was mentioned that the back door was probably open to lure customers in with the smoky flavor that seems to be so popular. Only two people, out of ten in our group, completed their whole meal. I threw the majority of my nachos away. Why? Because, the chicken nacho I ordered was full of chicken bones! Customer service was hit or miss. I won't be returning anytime soon. read more

Best pollo region in the dfw. I have been coming to this regio since it opened up last year...cannot beat the taco asada. I drive here from Arlington to eat at least 1 a month. There are days it does get packed so go early. And the place is spotless. Great management. read more

I am a big fan of Pollo Regio, but this location is by far the worst of them all! If I could give less than 0 stars I would. Let's start off with the smell of the restrooms as soon as you walk in the door. Sickening!! Not to mention the filth. There was food, straws, lids, dirt & mud all over the floors. The seats were dirty. I regret not getting pictures to add to this review. The salsa bar was empty and a freaking mess. If I was a health inspector, I would have closed this place down on sight. No chips available for dine-in customers & when asked, the cashier just shrugs her shoulders and says we're out. I will stay a loyal fan to Pollo Regio, just NOT this location! read more
