I had an unfortunate experience at this restaurant. I stopped by after hours to pay for food I had…read morepreviously ordered, and the owner/manager, Milo, spoke to me in a way that I felt was unnecessarily loud and unprofessional. She told me, "I don't allow anyone in my business like you. You are not allowed to come in like that." I completely understand that the restaurant was already closed, and I respect that there are rules regarding after-hours access. However, I believe the situation could have been handled much more calmly and professionally. I felt uncomfortable with the way I was addressed, especially because I was simply there to take care of a payment. In my opinion, customers should be treated respectfully regardless of the circumstances or who is present. Based on my experience, I personally would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who expects to be treated fairly and respectfully.

I spoke in Spanish to the lady behind the counter, but I'm pretty sure she'll speak English if needed. I ordered gorditas with lengua and barbacoa. I wasn't sure about the rice and beans because I sometimes find them too salty. These were just right. I could only eat one gordita and took the other one home, but I should have known, they don't travel well - are best eaten fresh. I just used my fork. My son ordered flautas and they looked SO good! The staff was very pleasant. They bring your meals out to you. I went back after eating and stood in another line(!) for tortillas and chips to take home. I understand the lines - they have fridges along the wall full of all kids of great foods and sauces to take home! The restaurant was VERY clean and the noise level low. I can't wait to come back for flautas.

Customer service is a zero, food is a 3. The first visit a…read morefew days ago went okay. Came in and stood around a few minutes and no one acknowledged me so I stopped a lady and asked how to order, she took my order, a chicken burrito plate, 4 barbacoa tacos and 4 bean and cheese. The chicken burrito was soggy bland and falling apart. The rice and beans were good. The barbacoa was ok. And the bean and cheese were great. My family loved the tortillas and beans. I spent $32. Not too bad for the amount of food even if it wasn't all that great. Went back just for bean and cheese tacos today and also ordered a carne asada plate. The cashier says my total is $37 which completely shocked me for ONE plate that was $14 and 6 bean and cheese tacos. This time they charged me $3 instead of $2 for each taco and when I asked why the price was different just a few days ago the cashier just got an attitude and said "we made you something not even on the menu" (referring to the BEAN AND CHEESE tacos) and said that she "didn't see me there on Thursday" insinuating that I was lying. I would have just left but my family was hungry and had been waiting (in the car due to COVID Restrictions) 25 minutes already so I paid and took the food. I wish I would have just left. The bean and cheese tacos were sad & cold, the cheese wasn't even melted a little bit and it all fell out of the tortilla in one cold clump. The carne asada was dry the beans and rice on the side were good again but that's all the good I can say. We tossed everything and went to Jack in the box. Huge waste of money.
