Nothing at all wrong with them just personal preference. The meats were good quality, and the beans and rice were good too. Mozzarella sticks were nice and crispy battered on the outside with soft gooey cheese inside just like you want from good mozzarella sticks My friend ordered the nachos and let me tell you that plate was stacked. Huge plate of nachos! The place was clean, service was friendly and overall we were just really impressed with everything. Even end of the night food was still served fast, fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend stopping here. Their menu has a gigantic variety so I can almost guarantee you'll find something for everyone!

As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted, seated and brought chips and salsa which I devoured. For starters, we had the guacamole salad and queso. We had to stop eating the queso and guacamole to save room for the main course because it was that good. My wife ordered the ground beef and shredded chicken enchiladas with all the fixings. They were very good with the red sauce and Spanish rice. The beef had a very good seasoning and the chicken had a taste like it had been marinated for a few hours. I had the beef fajitas. The beef was tender, succulent and seasoned well. The only thing that I didn't like was that the fajitas had a sweet taste to it. I believe the sweet taste was from sweet bell peppers or sweet onions, nevertheless, it was too sweet for my taste buds. We enjoyed ourselves, enjoyed the margaritas and the starters, but next time, I'll try some shrimp nachos. I give Ernesto's Mexican Restaurant three out of five drinks. Cheers!
