After going to scout the B&B I didn't want to make the trek to Pigeon Forge. This is in a newer shopping center. Bright and fun environment. Fast and friendly service! The food was delicious. The grilled chicken and shrimp with a bit of cheese sauce and traded pico for guacamole. Enjoy!

We stopped by for my boyfriend's birthday and were not disappointed! We had a party of 6 and were seated right away. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The employees were fun and seemed happy to be there. We started out with chips and salsa and of course queso. Everything was fresh so we were off to a good start. I ordered the enchiladas mexicanas and they were delicious! The chicken was cooked and seasoned just right. The sauce had a nice kick to it. The rice and beans were also good and not dry like some places. My boyfriend ordered the pina loka and loved it! He was surprised to find it on the menu as not to many places serve it. He said it was really good and ate every last bite of it. My absolute favorite part is when the employees came and sung happy birthday to my boyfriend and then our waitress smeared whip cream all over his face! It was just perfect. Something we will laugh about and remember for a long time. I would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone!

One meal shared by two, on one day. That's all I have to rate this spot, but what we ordered was delish! I told the waitress I could not have flour, and she politely advised me to avoid what I was considering. We opted to share a dinner plate: Pork in a verde sauce with a side of rice and beans. She brought out a basket of warm and crisp tortillas with salsa. My companion ordered a beer which arrived quickly in a tall frosted glass. Our meal arrived in about seven minutes, a large plate of pork dressed in a spicy verde sauce. This was a great meal for under $25 including the tip and we were well satisfied after a morning of hiking in the park.

I meeeeean, it's okay I guess. Service was aight. Food was aight. At least my girls enjoyed the chips and cheese; but honestly $5.99 for queso and guacamole each wasn't worth it. Times must be hard. And if that's the case... okay I get it. If not, theeeeeen they may want to come down a bit on the price... unless that's just the norm for TN Mexican joints. Unfortunately, this place won't be on my list of places to visit when I return. It's too pricey for aight food.

In an area where the food game is disappointingly seriously lacking and where supposedly highly rated southern food that turns out to be no more than reheated frozen food is prevalent, Pollo Loco is a gem. I'm vacationing in the area and stumbled into Pollo Loco, hoping I could satisfy my craving for some actual fresh food, plus I do really love Mexican. I was not disappointed at all. The drinks come out in mason jars which is a cute touch. The salsa was excellent - thin and smooth just the way I like it, with great flavor and a good kick of heat. I also ordered the cheese dip and that was super tasty. Both the salsa and cheese dip came in large bowls. My husband and I couldn't even quite finish them and we both ate a lot. For my entree I got the Enchiladas Mexicanas which were 3 enchiladas smothered in 3 sauces - the queso, a verde sauce, and a hot sauce. The hot sauce was very good and spicy and I would definitely ask for more next time. My husband got the pollo loco and man, that was delicious. The chicken was super tender and well seasoned. He also got a couple of street tacos (steak and pastor) and raved about how delicious those were. The entree portions were generous. The service was also friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend stopping in Pollo Loco. The food is fresh and authentic, and a breath of fresh air in an area with some pretty mediocre food.

I'm a picky Mexican, I have a lot of respect for my food and I hate when restaurants really don't make the effort to cook it good. So when we saw that this place opened, I had my doubts, I mean I have been burnt before if you know what I mean, but still I gave them a try and I don't regret it at all. Their food is just amazing!!!! Very traditional, I have never eaten real street tacos here in the USA until I came here, their tortillas are like back in the motherland, you cannot find better Mexican food than in this place. You won't regret driving all this way, it's absolutely worth it, my favorite are the tacos and the Tortas, if I could I would eat here every day.

Good, quick fast Mexican. Had the tamales and they were a little dry. Were also out of one item that we wanted. Overall pretty good place.

Everything truly was fantastic!…read more We ordered the veggie quesadillas, veggie chimichanga, and steak tacos as takeout, and from start to finish the experience impressed us. The service was fast, and honestly, I can't remember another takeout order that was given such thoughtful care. The portions were generous -- no shyness here! Our order even came with a hearty bag of freshly fried chips and both red and green salsa. Each bite was a celebration: * The veggie quesadilla was packed with fresh vegetables and tasted just as delicious the next day for lunch. * The veggie chimichanga was so abundant it could easily feed two people. * The steak tacos were a hit for the meat lover in the group -- tender, seasoned perfectly, and full of flavor. Some reviews mention the food being pricey, but in my view the value was more than fair. Considering today's economy, we've spent just as much at fast food places without receiving this level of quality, care, or satisfaction. We will definitely be back -- this place has earned a spot on our favorites list!

I think living in Cali my whole life has definitely set high standards for Mexican food The horchata was very yummy-needed a LITTLE more sweetness BUT I devoured that! So many choices on the menu! I ended up going with the cheese enchiladas which I thought again were good, not great. The texture of the tortilla I thought would be better with corn tortillas? Just thicker and better tasting. Rice and beans were an extra $2.50 to add on.The portions for the meal are big so it's worth the money if you're hungry! They give you complimentary chips and salsa:) The elote (Mexican corn) I think could definitely use Parmesan cheese on top of it because it was really juicy. The waitress was very attentive and polite! So a decent place to eat if you're in Sevierville but not amazing
