The Dubai Cinnamon roll on the other hand, was appropriately decadent. The cinnamon roll was fluffy and tender, with a healthy amount of pistachio paste and kataifi on top. The interior was rolled with dark chocolate, giving it a pleasant bitterness that counteracted the richness of the cinnamon roll. Service was excellent and I do appreciate the fact that once you order, they take the time to put the finishing touches on your pastry before you sit down and devour.
