Where is the white rice? Gone. Where is the black beans? Gone. Where is the salsa? Gone. This the worst location I've ever been to. I am a dasher. I arrived at 6:46pm for a pick up order for 8 pieces of wings chicken only and a family size of plantains. It's is currently 7:25pm going on 7:30. I have seen countless people walk in without food and out with food and im still sitting here. I am also an African American and they all keep looking at me as if i'm some type of trophy. Tried another location, seeing that this one is a bit closer. My cashier Sandra was very informative and patient. The food was delicious, hot and not salty. What I distinctively liked about this location is that they supplied the customers with sanitizer at the door. The location itself was clean and very well organized. The chicken here tastes kinda sour. There are sunflowers seeds in the corn side dishes, which is very unique. Also it has mango a a flavor of drink. I like it. Decided to try this place on a whim Saturday and I'm happy I did, didn't read reviews before trying it and I'm not a huge fan of fast food chains but I really enjoyed the food that I ordered, got a compero bowl and black bean and cheese empanada. I'm a big fan of empanada's and citrus grilled chicken and I thought both were pretty good for fast food so I'll be back soon. Came from a recommendation of a friend. Located in a very busy plaza that has Walgreens, Starbucks and Jamba Juice. THIGH COMBO - comes with a side and tortillas/bun - juicy and quite tasty - the skin is probably the skin as it's different than other typical fried chicken joints (ie KFC, Church) - my side of CAMPERO RICE was pretty good for the flavor SERVICE: pretty fast service. Got my order ready within 5 minutes of ordering. They were also very helpful and spoke decent English. There is also a self-serve salsa station which is nice. ENVIRONMENT: large area for seating. the place is also pretty clean which is good. Overall good place to grab lunch. Chicken is good, but the drive thru female and male they got on the window need more training in customer service and in how to deal with customers. I had a question one time about a particular item on the menu which i just wanted to know more about and the male rudely answered me and said that all of the items were on the menu board in front of me to see as if i was an idiot. I know the menu is there but i had a question was my issue part of his/ their job is to answer questions that have to do with the food that they are selling to to the customers. If he didn't know the answer fine just say i don't know let me ask someone or i haven't tried it I wouldn't know but don't be rude. I have gone to many other chains and have never had any problems in them giving utensils or napkins or paper plates when i ask them to give me some. But here in this very specific spot especially the female she always starts arguing with me even before i even get insistant. The manager never came but the female sure came over with the paper plates in her hand though ;).
