There were five employees in the kitchen, so the fact that my food wasn't ready didn't really make sense to me. No apology or reason was given as to why. I didn't really get bent out of shape about that. I'm just stating the facts. The chicken had a lot of flavor and was very juicy, the skin of course had the most flavor, but it was still well seasoned well-into the middle of the chicken. We also tried the plate that came with ribs/pork/a tamale. The tamale was kind of dry and lacking in flavor, the pork rib was good but the other pork pieces were super tough (but it did have a lot of flavor). I would definitely go back just to order family-style of that chicken, salad, and fried yucca! The two green sauces they served everything with were really good as well and if you come here, I would ask for a lot of it, because all the food paired well with those sauces/salsas.
