Fresh made hotdogs or hamburgers, all fresh ingredients. You can choose out of loads of different extra ingredients; cheese, quesillo, nopal (cactus), lettuce, tomato, jalapeño, ham, bacon, prawns, chorizo and pineapple. He also makes a delicious habanero sauce, do not put too much on your food, it is HOT!! The guy who cooks these delicious hamburgers and hotdogs is called Nicho, a very friendly cheerful muchacho! His English is basic but good enough to get you a delicious hamburger. Normally he gets there about 6pm, sometimes a bit later, and he stays there until 5-6am depending on the nightlife. You can also rent his stall and his hamburger/hotdog cooking skills for parties or other social events. You should ask him for his personal hamburger stall.

I think I had the best tortilla soup of my life here, cooked in a clay pot that's likely been stewing for years and that I'll never be able to recreate at home.
