We went with the steak version and added cheese, tomato, avocado, and green beans. The mayo seems to be the signature sauce, but overall, the sandwich tasted very bland. The meat was also quite chewy, making it difficult to finish most of it. Maybe the pork might have been the better choice.
It was still interesting to try, but tbh, it felt a bit overhyped here at Mardoqueo. At least the mango drink was refreshing.
