Pollie's Flowers is perfection!! Sierra made the fairytale wedding of my dreams into a reality! If you want a florist who will pour their heart into their work and make your vision bloom, this is the one. The planning process with Sierra was a lot of fun and she was so easy to work with. I had specific likes and dislikes for flowers and Sierra always listened to what I wanted. She would even double check with me to make sure every flower is what I had envisioned. I really appreciated the ease of clear communication. When our wedding day came I was absolutely blown away!! Not only from the beauty of the flowers but how incredible, kind, sweet and thoughtful Sierra was in all her help that day. On the day of the wedding there was so much happening where things can feel chaotic at times but not with Sierra. Her calming presence was grounding. When we ran into hiccups throughout our day Sierra was there with solutions and a smile. The flowers themselves!! OMG!! I gasped and cried at the sight of them all. An absolute magical fairytale that made me feel like a princess. The flowers were fresh, vibrant and arranged with such artistry. Every flower was carefully picked, thought about and placed with the most love and care. All night long we received endless compliments from the guests about the flowers. They really made the atmosphere so enchanting. I couldn't recommend Pollie's Flowers enough to anyone looking for someone who truly cares and delivers beyond expectations. Sierra went above and beyond, not only in her quality of work but also in her kindness, communication, and care. Having a vendor I could trust so completely was priceless during wedding planning. Every time I look back at our photos, the flowers are what take my breath away all over again. I will forever be thankful and will always look back on our wedding day with happiness. Pollie's flowers completely blew my mind when we had them do the flowers for our wedding. Me and my wife did a floral fantasy vibe for our wedding and Sierra did not hold back. She was extra careful planning for us and pivoted in smart ways during a few hiccups on the big day. 10/10 Excellent value, service and selection. I love that we have a flower shop in our building. There are times when you just need to brighten your office with some flowers. I love that this place often has a deal on slightly old roses. They still last great but not as long as full price ones. The deal is always different, $5 each, or today's crazy deal $3 each or 5 for $5! This is a nice little floral shop. I was browsing with a friend as she wanted to pick up some of the anti-snoring product that this shop sells and I was amazed by all the cute little items they have for sale in addition to the obvious flowers. I've never bought flowers here but the staff seemed so friendly and helpful when we visited that I'll definitely keep it in mind if I'm needing some in this area of town. read more

My boss was having a really crappy week at work so I decided to buy her flowers to cheer her up while on lunch. I pass this florist everyday I get my morning coffee @ Second Cup. They had a small and poor selection of pre made arrangements in the refrigerator. They also had disappointing selection of "loose" flowers. The woman that spoke to me wasn't very helpful. I explained the situation and she basically just pointed to the refrigerator. No suggestions of making anything, but then again there wasn't a wide variety to begin with. I settled on the least tacky thing there. An orchid stem in a glass vase with some decorative rocks. It had some fake glitter covered foliage which I thought made it look cheap/cheesy. In a pinch this place is ok. But if I had more time I would have headed to Bunches in City Centre. read more

Pollies has been the worst florist I have ever encountered! If I could give them negative stars I would. I had an arrangement delivered to me at work a couple weeks back. Really not liking what I received (it was an arrangement of spider mums which I can't stand the sight of, they just look like spiders to me) I immediately gave the arrangement away to a coworker instead of calling the shop - as I had no idea what had been ordered. Upon arriving home and talking with my spouse, he then showed me the picture that he ordered from on there website. What arrived looked NOTHING AT ALL like the photo. They had informed him at time of ordering that if any substitutions were to be made, they would call. They obviously did not - as if they had, another selection would have been made. Upon contacting the shop they said that they "stand behind their work" and we're sorry to hear that the flowers were not well received. (I'm not sure the point of offering photos to order from if your just going to send random arrangements and expecting people to still pay for it??) They offered to send "apology" flowers for the mistake. The flowers that arrived were so bad it was offensive - 3 crappy flowers... I contacted the shop to let them know how disappointed I was as this is not a solution for THEIR mistake and asked that the order be refunded. They refused to do anything but offer only half of the cost in store credit. Needless to say I am more than disappointed with their product and customer service. I have never had such a problem with a florist ever! We will never be returning to pollies and advise anyone to save yourself some hassle and stay away from here! read more

Pollie's Flowers, located in the concourse of Telus Plaza, is my florist of choice in the Edmonton area. I frequently buy flowers for friends and family for birthdays, get-well wishes and other occassions and they have always helped me to find the perfect arrangement for the occassion. So it was no question as to where I would purhase my wedding flowers! Brenda was amazing right from the get-go. She offered suggestions on types of flowers to consider and worked within our budget. (In fact, we ended up coming in under budget!). The day of our wedding, the flowers were stunning and everything I wanted in my bridal bouquet. After looking on their website and ordering $110.00 sympathy bouquet for my sister and her family, to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. Initially I couldn't find the bouquet turns out I had walked by it a few times ...it was very sparse, looked like it was dying one of the leaves on the Lily was brown nothing like the confirmation I received, nothing like what was on their website for this type of bouquet. After the funeral I couldn't resist and had to take a picture because I was honestly embarrassed at what was delivered and wanted to let them know of the poor quality of this bouquet. Not exactly what I wanted to do after a funeral but I drove to the flower shop and explained to the owner my disappointment with the half dead arrangement. While she was hearing me out not agreeing with my opinion her tacky and rude employee begin flapping her mouth in such a way that she had to send her worker to the back and told her to keep quiet. the owner explained repeatedly I was given the value of my $110.00, she was defensive and smiled at my concerns, not at all what i expected. She did offer to give me a partial refund and a lily which I refused... I mean what is the purpose of that??? I've attached a photo of the bouquet from the funeral home along with the website photo, while I don't expect exact same bouquet I do expect something similar or reasonably similar. I would not recommend them, The quality is not there and the customer experience is horrible, and when the owner is argumentative along with her staff she might as well asked for this review. read more

Extremely disappointed with comparison to photo on Flowers by Sears to what was delivered. Flowers not the same, ornaments not the same, plastic black tray instead of decorative gold container. Please call your customers and explain substitutions prior to starting any orders since I would have cancelled mine. The worst Christmas flowers I have ever seen, especially for ordering the "premium" selection. read more
