I am incredibly disappointed. For over $150, I expected a professionally designed roses arrangement…read morelike on their website, not a pile of grocery-store quality Chinese roses thrown into a vase. The stems weren't even cleaned of excess leaves, and there was no structure or design to the bouquet--just a messy bunch. It looked like it was assembled in five minutes by someone who doesn't care. This was a total waste of money.

The bouquet created was beautiful and it comes in this big box. Not only were the flowers lovely, but the bouquet lasted for weeks! Some flowers looked great after more than 3 weeks. I was impressed. I received a bouquet delivered to my home and the delivery person was nice, and I was excited to open the big blue box. It came with a vase, and 2 flower food packets. I hope they last long just like the last bouquet. I recommend and will definitely order from them again!

I received a gorgeous bouquet from Callia Flowers. I first…read morereceived a text informing me that a delivery was coming two days before the date. I then received a text and a phone call as they were arriving. She knocked on the door and waited for a response. My sender received a text and a picture of the delivered flower box. My-my. Quite thorough. The Florist box was packed very professionally. Inside was the greeting card from my gifter. Then paper wrapped around the bouquet. Cellophane wrapped the flowers, tied with twine. A wet spongy wrapped the stems, tied up with plastic and a rubber band. These flowers were not going to escape!! I believe it was the "treasure" bouquet. Roses, lilies, eucalyptus, etc. Looked fresh and lush. Smelled fresh. Very nice arrangement. I would recommend.

I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful, lush flower arrangement from Lisa's Gifts and Flowers…read morebased on the professional photos and detailed description on their website. The images showed a full, vibrant bouquet with specific flowers, colors, and an elegant presentation that looked perfect. The price was on the higher side, which I expected would reflect premium quality and reliable service. What arrived was a complete letdown. The arrangement was sparse, wilted in places, and used entirely different flowers and fillers than what was advertised. It looked like a last-minute, low-effort substitute thrown together with whatever was on hand. The vase or wrapping was also basic and unimpressive compared to the marketing images. This wasn't a minor variation due to "seasonal availability" - it was fundamentally not the product I paid for. To make matters worse, I received zero notification or contact about the delivery. No phone call, no text, no email alert letting me know it was on the way or had been left at my door. I only discovered the disappointing bouquet hours later. For a service that positions itself as convenient and thoughtful, this complete lack of communication is unacceptable. I understand substitutions sometimes happen in the flower industry, but reputable companies clearly disclose them in advance, offer options, or at minimum reach out to the customer. None of that occurred here. The end result felt careless and disrespectful of my time and money. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment - look for a florist that actually delivers on their promises and communicates properly. This experience has left me regretting the purchase entirely. Would NOT order again.
