This terrible excuse for a company came onto my moms apt complex during a winter storm, placing tow stickers on a Thursday with threats to tow on a SUNDAY. That winch was avail when I called to let them know my tags are NOT expired and simply waiting for my stickers in the mail with no access to a printer for the temp reg. They still came and took my car. This piss poor company with their piss poor staff. One looks like he chews bricks for breakfast and the winch at the desk is a LIAR. They will learn today that their predatory practice is going to get them all $280 worth of the headache I am bringing. No website for a reason Huh Cooper Pollard? I will be contacting the BBB along with the Department of permits, approvals and inspections per your receipt. For anyone else wanting to know the business license #03319673, Filed with Circuit court of Towson Md, 21285, (410)887-2607 and anyone else I can think of. Thanks to that professional thumb sucker I didnt forget to get the "Back plates"

    Car showing guest parking sticker

Owners of this business should be ashamed of the type of workers they hired. Very rude staff. They towed my car even though I had a valid guest tag on the dashboard clearly visible, and their reason was that they could see a resident parking tag for my complex under my infotainment console after peeping inside my car through the side windows (creepy). My resident tag didn't work so I took a guest tag at entry to the garage. If I was to exit that garage, I would have to pay per hour I spent in there. This makes me a guest at that point and I have every right to park on guest level if I am paying by the hour. If I have to enter as a guest and exit as a guest, I definitely should be able to park as a guest. Look at the difference between parking as a guest and parking as a resident. The white car clearly has a guest tag displayed on the dashboard and the other car which was also towed for whatever reason had a resident tag displayed (the green card behind the mirror)

Nothing to see here just a bunch of big rigs blocking the view of oncoming traffic on private property

They towed my husband's all-wheel drive car from the back two wheels and let the front two wheels drag & ruined his transmission.

My daughters car broke down on the way home from work. After searching for local auto shops and…read morereading plenty of reviews, I decided to have the car towed to Leo's Auto. I'm glad I did! Not only did they explain thoroughly the issue the car was having, they kept me updated and was able to provide quick repair. We now have a local auto shop while she's in the area for college and I'm so grateful. Thanks Leo's Auto for the friendly customer service and getting her back on the road!

The worst experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop! While the 2 women were pleasant Jon…read morewas having a very bad day and apparently that was due to his ex-wife, the government, me and I believe Progressive. Those were all the people that he was loudly discussing while I was in there. Here was my experience 1. 7:39 my son called and asked would we be able to have the car diagnosed today (check engine light). He said he spoke to Jon who said yes. 2. I arrived at 10:37 to leave my car and I asked the woman at the counter would it be ready by 2:30. She very confidently said yes they could complete the diagnostic but probably not the repair. 3. At 3:08 I called because I had not heard anything and was told he was looking at it now and would call soon. 4. At 4:07 I could no longer wait so I went in. I was told he was "working on it" and asked if I needed the car today. I said yes I need it now. After a few minutes I realized no one was moving so I asked what was happening. Jon said he's working on it. I said I can bring it back but I have to go. He jumped up and said he would bring the car out of the garage. This is where it gets interesting! He brings my car out and they say I have to pay their diagnostic fee. I said not without the diagnostics! Seems reasonable right? So I ask what's the issue with my car. They don't know yet. Jon then says I hate people that don't want to pay. I say I'm more than willing to pay if I know the issue. He then hands me my keys and tells me to never come back. Well that won't be a problem. If you're able to avoid Jon this might be a good spot. I will never know and recommend avoiding them!
