katie is so kind and considerate to me/all patients…read more i had her fix 2-3 cavities with NO SHOT PER MY REQUEST. i have a high pain tolerance. she described what she would be doing and would stop regularly making sure i was tolerating what was going on. she would give me a shot if it got too much...it did NOT. she gives great info explaining in detail as she progresses. she could see when it did hurt me; she changed drills to make it faster in that specific area during the entire procedure. i highly recommend her to everyone; so happy i got her after my dentist for many decades RETIRED to live the "good life". lol since i have insurance, they file the claim for me. i recently got my 1st bill since i now have AETNA health/dental insurance. i'm trying to figure out how to pay this online with my credit card; so far no luck; but not giving up. thanks katie and asst. for your kindness and graciousness knowing i have to have my eyes covered due to 55 yrs. of chronic lyme disease / borrelia burgdorferi and bartonella/cat scratch disease, 2 species MISDIAGNOSED for 35 yrs. by up to 50 drs!! also i can't have the chair lowered very much due to a hiatal hernia in the breast area. they work WITH the patients to make them as comfy as possible.

The people in the office couldn't tell me what my bill was because there is only one person that can do that and they weren't in. Upon finally getting my mouth guard, I now owe around $500 and again, was not told how much it would cost in advance. Isn't that important to tell a patient before getting something done? I'm disappointed because they have always been great as a dental office. But, now I almost feel cheated for the lack of communication about what appointments and procedures cost and what will and won't come out of my insurance.
