got a full set of acrylic a week ago. half of them already popped right off. i've had press ons last longer. i'm very disappointed i spent $70 on something that can't even last 2 weeks. (mind u im a student with an office job. im never hard on my hands at all. and all them lifted in one piece and where the nail meet my real nail has red rings and it's sensitive to touch) what the actual hell did they do to my nails..? i wish i could get my money back over this. this is truly UNACCEPTABLE. read more

I can't even rate 0 stars but I would if I could. The lady who was doing my nails had a serious attitude when I tried to tell her my nails looked wrong or off. They were crooked and she burned my nail beds and didn't even cut my cuticle. She was in a huge rush and cut my actual finger twice. The acrylic is on my cuticle and a couple of my nails are crooked. I went to see my normal girl at polished nails in orange by market basket. I asked her if SHE was available and she sat me with someone els. Cool. So I tell the lady that my nails are super thin from my last acrylics and asked her to please not file them a whole lot. She used 3 different file bits on the electric filer (that I'm pretty sure we're used on the person before me) and did in fact file my nails paper thin again. Fine. So she starts painting. Spills the paint like 3 times. She didn't even sit down to paint them, she was standing the whole time. So I'm like okay maybe I'll just trust the process. Well she finished curing my gel and starts the top coat. She used one brush full of clear top coat for all 5 nails and it wasn't even going on by my third nail. Then she USES A NAIL FILE TO FILE THE GELL OFF OF MY ACTUAL FINGER. So I told my normal girl I was not paying for this and it looked like a toddler painted them. She gets who I'm assuming is the owner and he told me to come sit in his chair and he was going to fix it. I told him I didn't have time to stay, I was already there for over an hour and a half for a job that should take MAX 20 minutes? He got an attitude and I left. I went here religiously for Trina and now I will not be returning. They talk shit about all of their customers while they're working too. read more

Did not have a good experience here at all. Waited a while for pedicure, asked for a deluxe but didn't receive it. Rushed through my shellac manicure and polish was messy. Because it wasn't applied correctly it peeled after 2nd day. Normally I get about 2 weeks wear. Tech cut me and was extremely rough. I won't be back, I'll keep going across the street. read more

I just moved to Orange and I've been looking for a good nail salon. After seeing this place got really good reviews I trusted it. They took me immediately when I walked in for a full set, however I didn't feel welcomed, the guy doing my nails was using the hand held electric tool and he kept staying in the same spot for too long which caused my nail and the sensitive skin beneath it to burn which hurt very very bad! I told him and he literally made a grunt noise. He didn't pay attention to the color I picked out and almost painted my nails the wrong color. He literally said one word to me the entire time I was in there. The other nail techs spent most the time rattling off in thier own language. They sure don't try to make new customers feel welcome. I will not be returning. I prefer spending my money at nail salons that speak to thier customers, make them feel welcomed and have good customer service read more
