I returned to the salon to have this corrected, per my placed phone call to the business on August 2, 2026, and was advised to come back for the repair. The technician addressed the chipped nails, but the correction resulted in an uneven color, leaving the remaining nails noticeably lighter. When I politely brought this color discrepancy to his attention, his response was unprofessional. He asked, "Well, what do you want me to do?" I requested an additional coat to match the nails. He did the service with an attitude, stating that he was too busy. While I understand he was with another customer and paused briefly to service me, I informed him that I understand you may be busy however I have already paid. Given the poor customer service, I would visit the lounge again however would not want to be serviced by him.

I was only on day 12 and they charged me to fix a nail that had broken and fallen off. However, the bad experience began with one of the employees giving my Northface jacket to another customer. I had to walk home in the rain without my jacket due to the employees incompetence. Both David and Ryan (the owners) ignored my concerns and did not offer to make things right with my nails. It's very clean and well organized and lots of chairs to accommodate the large weekend bookings. Tucked away in a shopping plaza right off Fort Mill Parkway in the Arden neighborhood. Next door you'll find Emilios Pizza & Pub, The UPS store, the Zoom Room and Sweet Frogs. If you pay cash, you can get a basic Pedi for just $35 bucks. I especially like that you don't get the overwhelming smell of the acrylic nail polish. I went back for a second visit and it was the opposite. I had an appointment but it was rushed to accommodate walk ins. The entire process was rushed. The tech didn't fully remove my prior manicure, just filed it down a little then painted over it. My nails were cut to uneven lengths and then filed crooked. I asked to fix it a few times before I gave up. The nail polish was applied unevenly and the tech didn't wait for the full uv cycle to finish before going to the next coat. The tech also painted far from the cuticle so it looks like I already have a week of grow out not that it's a fresh manicure. No surprise, it started peeling off two days later.
