The visit was awful. The new vet was short and flippant, referring to the dogs as 'girlfriend' and then addressing me that way too! My husband and I exchanged glances and I excused myself and went out of the room to the counter. I asked for the managing partner and was told there wasn't one there. I asked who was in charge and was told the office manager was out til Monday. They asked what was wrong and I stated that our appointment was not going well as something was 'off' with the new vet. I wasn't sure if it was because one of our pups was a pitbull or what could explain it. They suggested I call Monday. I was hesitant to finish the appointment as the new vet was not listening to either of us when we answered her questions and she dismissed our concerns. To date I've not been able to speak with anyone about this. No one is ever available. Save yourself and your pets from the grief we experienced and if you go to @FountainCityVetrinaryHospitalBryanOhio don't subject yourself or your pets to the new vet! What was I going to do??? I searched the internet and found Shani. She also has vet tech background so I am comfortable if, when I'm away, one of the kids are sick. She knows when it's serious and when it's not. She spends around an hour 3 times a day with them and walks them (They are not great on a leash). She brings in the mail.
