My spouse & I recently attended both the MotoGP Sachsenring & Brno trips this year. The Sachsenring experience was wonderful - loved the entire experience and especially the two guides, Alexi & Chris - 5-stars for our experience with them. Both put our needs first and would check in to see if we needed anything and to ask for feedback - it was very much appreciated. The Brno experience was different. Our guide was the owner, Gordon, and we will not attend another trip due to our time with him. I think Gordon has forgotten that the attendees are paying customers and we aren't there to experience our trip WITH HIM. Also, while we were waiting for a person after the race on the bus, my spouse & I heard him say to his wife, "she will be slow - have you seen her? She's a bit chunky" - speaking of a female on the trip. I thought it was very inappropriate and disrespectful of him to say that about anyone, let alone a paying customer. Gordon also made frequent references to how much money the group was costing him at various events - like the charity dinner (open beer tap) and the brew house dinner (all you can drink). Customers are being charged a hefty premium for these events, which I don't mind paying, but I don't need to hear snide, or what he thinks is a funny comment. I think Gordon should remain behind the scenes, as we will never go back and run the risk of having to attend an event with him. He's rude, condescending, and unprofessional - not the experience I want to have when I paid over $10k for these events.
