The only downside to the breakfast is it's extra crowded and packed. I've never seen a hotel breakfast this busy and they're not even open to the public when they are serving the hotel guests. The public kept walking in for brunch and the staff had to keep telling them to leave and come back at 11. The room is cozy with a nice bathroom and they have L'Occitane toiletries.

Doesn't go with the rooms as the rooms seemed newer. The lighting in the room and bathroom is super bad - good luck trying to do your makeup. Spa: I got a face, neck, and shoulder massage and it wasn't worth it. She basically just removed my makeup and massaged my eyes and eyelashes, and then gently massaged the rest of my face, neck and head. It was also booked for our return trip to the airport (possibly the saddest drive I've ever taken considering how much I enjoyed Praha. On arrival, our bags were ferried to the room and we had a very helpful debrief with the concierge as it was the first time we'd visited Prague. We arranged a walking guided tour of the city and were given the rundown and tour of the whole hotel. All staff the whole stay were extremely helpful and friendly. I got a complimentary cocktail so i used the opportunity to get some local tips from the awesome czech bartender, who'd recently visited Australia. Our room was spectacular. It wasn't palatial but it was extremely comfortable, with regular daily turndown (if desired). The bathroom was decadent, heated floor (perfect for the Czech winter), heated toilet seat with bidet and nightlight (ha!). I stayed three magic nights and will most definitely be returning. There is a nice size T.V. but I found watching TV in Europe was very challenging. The only English speaking stations were news. The stay came with a wonderful [very] complete breakfast and the restaurant was operated by a very well known chef. Busy every evening and there was a sister restaurant across the street, No problem, we love Italian food and the restaurant around the corner was visited twice while we walked down the block to yet another Italian restaurant the last evening. We did a fair amount of sightseeing in Prague and the hotel was very centrally located as to make them all walkable. We spent two nights here and everything was right at our fingertips. The beds were decent, the elevator was large enough for bags (yes, that can be an issue in older places) and the staff were helpful. Our room had really high ceilings and was just what we needed to crash in after a long day sightseeing.

The bar staff is attentive and friendly, especially Nina and a Cuban named Alberto or Álvaro. The hotel has an excellent location: right in the center and surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants and shops, making it very convenient and attractive. In addition, the entire area and its surroundings are safe to walk around at any time. The rooms are clean and have WiFi. Each room includes a small refrigerator, an electric kettle, instant coffee, and a variety of teas. The curtains block the light well at night, but they are not sufficient to keep the room dark once the sun rises. Overall, a very good accommodation option in Prague.

They also have a library which is open 24 seven with your room key and you can get free coffee/lattes in there. Really beautiful, bathroom is good size with good counter space. Shower is big for European standards . Great quality soap, lotion, shampoo, etc.. My room (5th floor) had skylight windows, and they had an electronic retractable shade that worked beautifully. In my experience, many hotels are lacking in the technology department, or have many broken features. Not here. The mini bar also had some neat lighting features as well. Bed was very comfortable. They had a pillow menu as well. About a 15-20 minute walk to old town depending on what part you are going to. But it's a nice walk with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. You can enjoy the beautiful architecture of Prague. I walked everywhere. The hotel is also on a quiet street. I had no trouble with noise and everything in the hotel was quiet, even though it was supposedly full. I ate dinner at the restaurant, SevenNorth. It was spectacular. You won't see the menu posted online because it changes almost daily based on what the chefs have fresh. It's top-tier. I would recommend making a reservation out on the courtyard. It was beautiful and busy. The only negative is the air conditioner and how I woke up most nights a few times a night because I was sweating. For some reason, no matter what you set the temperature, it will reset after about 4 or 5 hours. The thermostat on the wall is also not true. In order to sleep peacefully, I had to set it at the minimum of 15°C. I can tell you right now, it was not 15°C in that room even when it said it was. I would wake up sweating when it said 19.5°C and could tell it was hot as heck in there. So other than that glitch in technology, it was a perfect stay.

Location is perfect - it is walking distance to the Astronomical Clock, restaurants, the mall, and the bus station. My SO booked through Amex, so we received a $100 voucher that we spend at the hotel restaurant. Check - in was easy, and the staff were friendly and spoke good English. Our room was spacious; the beds and pillows very comfortable, and the bathroom was well stocked. Charging our devices was no problem but we were ready though we brought an adapter. Free breakfast had plenty of options and everything tasted fresh. We enjoyed it for sure. It is a good place to stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Prague.
