This is the first review for this business, unfortunately this company is less than mediocre. I lost track of how many emails I sent to make a brick for my father's dog who passed away. Just to make sure they understood the details, they even said they would send a preview before making it but no one did. And then, the unthinkable happened, I had said to Beatriz Cervantes several times that this tile should go to Lehigh and they sent it to my address. I don't live in FL.They argued that Paypal had my address. They dropped the ball and once they cashed the money they didn't care where the package went. All the personalized communication happened until they made sure I bought the product. I asked Beatriz if I could send the brick back and they would ship it to Lehigh, FL.The owner (or so he calls himself) Patrick Calman sent an email saying that he would refund me once I sent the brick back. I said I wanted no refund but just that hey ship it. Then Beatriz answered back (no Patrick saying that she didn't understand. After they bounced me around between both of them, Beatriz said she wasn't in the shipping department. I called and she didn't even dedicate any time to explain herself she just passed me to Patrick. I quote: Hello Ms... you made a mistake. This is the last time I will talk to you.- I had to hang up for he was also screaming. Now I have a brick to ship to Fl. Now you tell me what kind of morons these people are that prefer to refund me money for a brick that has been engraved but not to ship it to Lehigh which is close to Naples. And they yelled at me thinking that they won just because they saved $10 for shipping. Any idiot can open a business. read more

The tiles looked so good in their website and also the prices were the cheapest I had found so far. But I paid the price. The brick arrived cracked (not broken) and they wouldn't take it back since they said they had made a very well equipped package and it was well wrapped. They added that this is a natural process that happens with the clay and the forging and blah blah blah blah..... I glued the brick and put it in my backyard for what matters is that my baby has a memorial now in her grave. What kind of people gamble with customers emotions like this? read more

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. They made a mistake with a brick I ordered for my beloved Judy, my dalmatian dog that died recently. They said they weren't responsible for the typo since I chose a memorial phrase that wasn't in the ones they offer. What the what? I sent the brick back and they refunded the money, but they wouldn't change the brick. I will look for someone professionalism ( and common sense) to order a new one.
