I came to realize that the two shirts had something white all over them. I returned then to this cleaner and was told that the supervisor would call me on Monday to discuss. After I heard nothing by Wednesday, I called to follow-up. I was told that I would be receiving a call soon from the supervisor. After never receiving a call from anyone, I received a boiler plate text saying my cleaning was ready. Today my wife & I stopped by to retrieve my two dress shirts. Upon arriving, we were not greeted, nor acknowledged in any way. When my wife started inspecting my shirts and commented her findings with me a woman came out from around the corner and was immediately defensive and claimed I had dropped them off with this white "stuff" already on them. I said to this woman, "I politely disagree with your assessment. I had only worn each shirt one time and did not drop them off with any noticeable "stuff" on them." We were never thanked for our business at any time either. We have decided to never go back.
