Poki Stop is a simple, yet satisfying poke place. They have three bowl sizes and is protein based on three very reasonable sized scoops. Small(2) medium(3) large(5). Their Protien choices spread to 7 options. The sauces ranging from sweet, savory, and of course spicy are plenty. The sides are your usual placements, but there are a few that other places don't have. The finished toppings are like the cherry to the cake. I love this place. I went back after leaving Fresno, and nothing has changed. Great food, nice people, and the BEST kimchi, (not too spicy and VERY flavorful). Seaweed salad is also great. The building process is pretty easy, and they will help you along. Being on a low-carb diet, they enlightened me as to the possibility of greens as a base as well. But I've ordered through door dash three times and every time it's gotten worse ;/ this time they completely forgot to add any sauces at all in both of my bowls, which really sucks because the sauces have all the flavor and now I'm stuck eating dry and bland poki. The food was all fresh, however, and the brown rice was cooked very nicely, which isn't always the case. This place is legit! We were waiting on my daughters phone to be repaired so I asked my kids if they wanted to grab a bite to eat. I was thinking about walking across the street to Pressbox but the blistering sun made me change my mind pretty quickly. As we walked back to the car my 12 year old requested sushi so I took to Yelp to see what was nearby. When this place popped up on the suggestions, she fervently requested that we go. I had never been to a Poki place before. She explained to me that it was basically a sushi roll in a bowl. The place is small and clean. They have plastic cups and iced water with lemon at a self serve table to the right of the front door. The menu breaks down the steps to creating your own poki bowl with whichever ingredients that you prefer. My daughter and 6 year old son were both very happy with their lunch creations, as was I.
