I think they were working out kinks in the food to begin with. No problem. But tonight I invited girlfriends to go eat there with me. I asked if they were up for maybe having the appetizer potato skins topped with the appetizer (fried) cheese curds. They said "sure." I was inspired by my Canadian roots - fries with brown gravy and cheese curds is called "Poutine" and is so good. So the restaurant accommodated us. It was delicious !!! So good! There is a jalapeño ranch sauce it was drenched in. Oh my gosh. The whole thing was delicious. Then, I decided to go with their NoWhere Burger which is the signature burger - a smash burger with fixin's on it. Cheddar and bacon and I think pickle? It was really good too! I got the burger with onion rings instead of fries. I tend to like those better and I am glad I got them this time! They were just right crunchy and flavorful in such an enjoyable way. I enjoyed all. And a glass of Chardonnay. The Chardonnay was good too! An enjoyable meal with enjoyable company. I like their custom Kansas map on the wall by the entrance too. That's cool. Thank you! And my other girlfriend got the steak fingers? I forget what it's called. It's like chicken fingers but with steak.
