You use a paper where you check off the items in the bowl you're ordering. They guide you in how many you're allowed to select in each category. They also write if there is anything that would be an additional charge. I thought it was extremely unique where you can add a ramen egg in! I also really enjoyed their boba tea. Located in a strip mall, next to a dispensary and a wing shop is what appears to be a hole in the wall. But step inside and you realize it's more than that. The staff is friendly and happy to answer any questions you have. We opted to eat in and they seated us and took our order and brought the food to us. Two scoops of protein with your choice of base and a bunch of toppings and sauces for about $13, that works for me. The veggies were all fresh, and the fish was tasty. What's not to love? Definitely a fun find. By the way, you can leave out the fish and make it vegetarian with the veggies and tofu. read more

Don't let the location scare you, this location is spotless, the employees are so kind, the food is FRESH, and the Assam Rose boba is the best I've had stateside. My only regret was that i couldn't eat more than one menu item (I had a custom poke). If you're here for the horses, make a quick trip to this side of town, so worth it! Incredible staff, very friendly and kind, great atmosphere, and very clean overall. Unfortunately the food is the issue. I've tried this place twice and each time the ahi tuna has not been the best quality. I understand I'm paying $14 for two scoops but I rather pay $18 and get better quality fish. I wasn't able to finish the bowl today as the fish had an unusual taste and some pieces were pale. I understand that the pale color can be normal but the taste with the silver skin making it chewy really threw me off. Seaweed salad was dry but tasted good, cucumber was great, and masago tasted and smelled good as well. Would love to continue to support a local business, so if I do go back I'll probably just try their ramen or other food options, which they have plenty of. read more

The beverage price is reasonable to the area, and I'm sure we'll return for just drinks even when we aren't wanting a meal. The poke bowls we tried were easy to personalize and had flavor profiles each of us like. I selected purple rice as my base and shrimp as my protein. The "add toppings" had a great selection of fresh items to create the perfect bowl. My daughter selected white rice and chicken before topping it with the variety of things she likes. We both used a combo of sauces to get it just how we like it. The staff were personable and helpful without being intrusive. They answered questions quickly and the manager checked in with us. She was friendly and helped create a pleasant experience for us. The location is easy to find and to park. The interior vibe was clean and cheerful in a modern Asian way. Nice staff. But I'm not sold on their food. I tried it twice. They claim to have tonkatsu but it isn't katsu. They put chashu on the menu, but it isn't Japanese style which is tender and full of flavor and melts in your mouth. Their chashu is tough and fatty. The chicken in their ramen wasn't even salted. It was a charred piece of dry chicken breast with no flavor in a heavy soy sauce broth with no real flavor balance. It wasn't smooth. Their miso soup had no flavor and needed more miso. Instead of complaining about it, I asked for soy sauce. They brought ponzu sauce which completely ruined the soup. They were nice enough to bring another bowl of soup which tasted better. The staff is really nice and trying hard, but their food is just okay at best. They just opened but don't have all the ingredients. Their mixed vegetables for their teriyaki bowl is mixed greens. I've never heard of teriyaki on a salad before. The spring rolls are frozen store bought. read more
