I was called by the owner and told I needed brakes and rotors all around even tho I had just replaced the front rotors and pads last fall. I gave him the ok and got sticker shock when I saw he had charged me $ 300 labor for a job I know should take less than an hour for all four wheels. He races cars and had wrecked his car a day before so maybe he used me to repair his race car. Regardless he does do good work but at $300 an hour labor I'll go elsewhere next time.

I went back later after getting Handy Toyota to put it on their lift and give me an opinion, rather than letting me take it they sent a salesman to sit with me. We waited over 2 hours to get it evaluated. The salesman was great about it. The truck checked out with just a couple small items needing attention I paid Handy's for their time and headed back to Nucar to purchase the truck. As we were drove back I told the sales guy i was ok with buying it but would like them to take care of the things if possible. The salesman went over to his manager to get the paperwork and came back a few minutes later super upset and informed me the truck had already been sold yesterday to another dealer and they couldn't sell it. Never again will I go there.
