REALLY care and continue to care about our major roach issue in the building. we should have it completed in the next few weeks. james and Elliot are great as is Austin and Ryan. we inspected all units and they were efficient, professional and knowledgeable. communication is VERY important to me ,as I manage multiple multi family properties in Vancouver wa Hillsboro Ore Gresham Ore , Woodburn Ore and Salem Ore ..... they do and continue to make sure to keep me MORE then just in the loop as I often have multiple projects going and multiple properties I need to rely on my vendors and they make my life easier ... a lot of my vendors dont come close to operating at the high level these guys do .... so far the plan they came up with and course of action is spot on. look forward to working with them. after spending almost 10K with Squish pest control ( terrible ) they never came close to solving the issue or communicating , so glad we are now on the right path..... I was impressed from the get go. I called and got a timely call back. I didn't realize I was going to sign a contract but you can cancel (with a nominal fee) but I thought I'd give this service a try. I also looked up the business to see if they were current with a buisness license and they were. I've never had a pest control service in my life. So... the nice looking work truck showed up as scheduled. The truck was marked. The nicely dressed service guy got out of his car and smiled and greeted us. His name was Brett. He told us everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. I went back to my work. He did the job. After work I came out and noticed he turned over our dog water bowls to make sure they didn't get sprayed. How cool is that. Then... about 4 hours later I started noticing dead wasps all over where a HUGE nest was. I then got my receipt in my email. Was easy to understand and it was full of detail on the service they did. Pointe Pest Control came out to my house today and performed their initial treatment service for pests. The initial service included treatment for various types of spiders, ants and wasps. Josh the lead tech and his assistant did a thorough job of knocking down several wasps nests and spraying for ants. We had them spray inside, around the kitchen for any ants that might show up there, but they told us that spraying in all rooms inside was not necessary since the product sprayed outside would prevent any pests coming inside. We have a small dog, and the chemicals did not seem to bother him. Their service fee of $99 was reasonable, and they will be coming back in 30 days for a follow-up treatment and then once every 90 days thereafter. Plus, they will come out again at no extra charge anytime we feel we need a treatment for pests that may show up between treatments. read more

Pointe Pest Control called and texted several days before the service to let remind me they were coming and to ask if there were any special conditions that I should tell them about so they could provide service specific to a special need. I did that once before and they took care of the issue and it hasn't been a problem since. Joseph arrived when he said he would, was very friendly and courteous, and explained what he was doing and asked if we had questions. He took care not to disturb things, and not to track anything into the house. He completed his service then informed us it was complete, again asking if we had any questions. All in all, a very positive experience (like all the others we have had from Pointe for the last three years). I would recommend Pointe to any homeowner. read more

We're very pleased with Pointe Pest Control & all the technicians who have serviced our home. Chris came initially to discuss our issues & set up a plan. There were critter(s) in attic & we needed exterior spraying. Chris & Juan came 4 days later. Chris went to attic. Juan did exterior. Pointe sent techs back every 7-10 days to check attic. After 3 or 4 visits & no further critters, they told us to contact them immediately if there were further issues. No critters since! Juan came to spray exterior yesterday. He's so knowledgeable, experienced & shared tips with us to keep insects away! Plus he's friendly & has many funny stories about "bugs"...He never wasted a moment even while sharing. I have fought ants for two years in my home, Pointe Pest has been successful in helping me rid my house of these pests. They come when I call, the very next day at the latest, I signed for a year, and they come every three months automatically. If I need them in between scheduled visits they come as soon as possible with NO extra charge. The technician I have had have all been wonderful and helpful. They stay on task and everyone of them are VERY knowledgeable. Today Chad Reed was here, and I was not disappointed. He did a great job and was very helpful as well as the last one I had as well as Ron Wolf did on a followup visit in Nov. I really appreciate this company and highly recommend it. read more

I felt that Curtis did a great job on servicing our home. Not only was he professional but he was very kind and courteous. So was the other guy that was with him that day. ( I can't remember his name) It was Tyler who knocked on my door the first day to tell us about the service that our neighbors were having done to their homes. The tech that came to provide the service (Mac) was great. Professional and friendly. I had been planning to call Pointe for a quote because I had seen the name around town. Then a salesman came to my door, so it did save me a phone call. The only thing I would grade down on is the fact that the salesman ignored my no solicitation sign. That seems to be a common complaint in reviews on this company. That did bother me, but again, I had planned on calling this company. The technician did not have anything to do with the salesman issue, and Mac did such a great job, I will stay with this company for my pest control. read more

I have had my second service on 2 properties. The technicians have been very helpful in explaining what they going to do and also how it would effect my pets and surroundings. The only complaint I have is it is difficult to contact someone if there is an issue with an appointment. Have to leave a message. They usually get back to me but if I need to cx I may not be able to. Over all I am very satisfied with the results. The pest problems have been reduced significantly. We expected a slight resurgence and it did happen. They are willing to come out at no charge for re-treatment anytime between schedules. read more

We have restarted service and had a visit from Elliot this morning. Both my wife and I were impressed with Elliot's helpful attitude and knowledge about dealing with our ant problem. He answered all our questions and made a very thorough inside application of a safe water based product. Outside he applied both water based and granular products. It's a relief to know that we can call for help every 30 days if the ants are still a problem, in between our scheduled quarterly visits. We are going to be very happy with no more ants in the house! Pointe Pest Control's sales rep, Taylor, swung through my neighborhood yesterday. It was a good thing he did. I had been waiting for another firm to return my call from over two weeks ago. I had given up. Taylor was very good at presenting my options. He's a super nice young man and very professional. John Kluttz came out to spray today. Another very thorough professional. And very personable. He found several areas of concern that I had not been aware of. The bugs are on the run now. Good job! I'd hire this firm again. Called Point Pest Control concerning a possible termite issue on our fence, Chris Acton promptly came over to check it out and low and behold he found that we did indeed have a infestation of subtranian termites, fortunately for us the termites were far away from the house and after checking found no termites other than by one section of our fence and under to wood barrels (something those little guys reallly like) He took care of the issue and indicated that if we haver any other issues to call and he would promtly come out. Dalton and his helper came and spent an hour spraying the area around our rather large house and in our garage. They were willing to spray inside but I was not ready for it. I was hoping that they have a better equipment to reach the area around the window of the second floor (not their fault) rather than shooting from the ground. Overall this first visit went well, we will know how effective it is over time. Dalton was certainly very friendly, on time and cooperative. So 5-star review for Dalton and his helper, and 4 star review for their equipments. read more

Straight forward and honest! I opened up an exterior wall & discovered moisture & ants destroying the wood. A friend recommended Pointe. Chris was at the house within an hour of me talking to him on the phone & told me what I had - moisture ants. He was honest & told me I really didn't need a service as long as I let the area dry, replace the damaged wood, & seal it up so no more moisture gets in. No b.s., no scare tactics, just good old fashioned do what's right for the customer!! Whenever I do have a pest issue, you can bet I'm calling Pointe. read more

They try to put you into a contract which the tech will say is quarterly.. but they try to sneak a 5th payment in and send you to collections. They say if your having a problem they will come out any time and take care of it while in the contract. But they do not.. they only come out every 14 or 21 days even if requested more. The have been spraying for over a year and I still have spiders everywhere. They spray your windows on the outside so it has spray lines and you cant get it off your windows. Today Pointe Pest Control sent Josh Derr out to take care of my house today. He did a GREAT job! He's courteous and thorough about getting the cobwebs and wasp nests down. He sprayed the house and threw out the granules out on the ground. He also volunteered to take care of the outside of the shed by wiping the cobwebs off and spraying it for bugs. When I asked to get rid of the spider nests on the swing set he did without a problem. I'm very happy with his excellent customer service and he had a GREAT attitude too. read more

We have been using Pointe Pest Control for a couple of years now. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. We get a lot of spiders and the quarterly treatment is great. We have also had rat problems. Got it all taken care of. Living near the river there is also a chance of rodents, having neighbors having problems also brings that chance. Cameron did a fantastic job of going back into the crawl space and making sure everything was sealed and rebuilt the crawl space door. We appreciate the job that they do. Thanks! read more

Bailey, from Pointe Pest Control showed up to do my quarterly bug/pest spray for my house. He was on time, courteous and very professional. He took the time to ask if I wanted anything done inside the house and ask me if there were any trouble issues (pests I've noticed).
