I was given a date for a technician to come out. I was told an email would be sent with a date along with a picture of technician Brandon Falnnagan. First class at the office. I received a call from Brandon, on Tuesday as scheduled, he was on his way. When Brandon drove up. I looked at the service vehicle. Clean, well maintained, says al lot before the technician steps out. Brandon stepped up to the door dressed in company shirt, introduced himself with a smile. I invited Brandon in, he placed covers over his shoes. (THOUGHTFUL) We addressed the issues I was having with aunts. We covered the areas, Brandon went along with his inspection. My situation covered fire alarm,attic, outside areas. After inspection, Brandon shined as professional as he introduced himself. Knowledge of the trade, knowledge of products, explaining every aspect of products. Product that are safe for the home owner/pets/plants. The products I was using as a past spray applicator, I was controlling the issue. No need for service (HONESTY) not selling me a service I did not need. No charge for inspection. Beware,…read morehe contacted us multiple times acting remorseful asking for updates to our review of his comoany. We updated to a three because I said I would. Then he started acting unprofessional and talking about my personal information on his public facebook page before blocking me. I now updates back to a 1. Update: Business owner contacted us and let us know how this transaction happened was not ok. He then refunded our money. We called around to have a hornet's nest removed. This company quoted about $50 cheaper than everyone else. We thought ok, maybe just starting out we will give them a try. The bee guy came out went to our field for minutes and came back to explain they were too active, he would have to come back. Guy was scheduled to come back a few days later early in the morning. He said he came back and sprayed. We called a week later to say bee activity hadn't ceased. He said he would come back out again. He called after he was supposed to be there and said he had an emergency and couldn't make it. This is where,things started to get sketchy for me. My husband wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. They finally came out again and took our side by side down to the field again with no bee equipment. Told us to give it about a week for activity to cease. We waited a week and no activity had ceased we called again and again and again and finally when they answered the guy said he wouldn't refund our money and basically told us we were liars. He accused us of trying to get free service Bee guy didn't complete the job. Beware cheap isn't cheap, if you have to pay twice.

Shad…read more It's been months since I wrote the previous review, and Shad continues to provide excellent service, always on time and thorough, if we have a problem, we just call and he either services right away our problem or on his next visit he will bring the correct pesticide for the job. We were lucky this year and got ants and fleas for the first time a couple months ago. We called Insight and Shad came right over even though we weren't due to be service for another 2 months. Then we saw Chad again on our regular scheduled visits. We couldn't't be happier.
