The Hero We Didn't Know We Needed!…read more If you're reading this while nervously side-eyeing a spider or wondering if that scratching sound in the wall is just the wind--stop everything and call HIGH FIVE PEST CONTROL immediately. From the moment he arrived, Josh approached my pest problem like a knight on a quest. Armed with an arsenal of treatments and a calming sense of humor, he turned what could have been a stressful day into a weirdly fascinating one. It wasn't just spraying and leaving--oh no. He investigated like a detective, explained like a professor, and treated like a true artist of extermination. By the time he finished, not only was my home almost pest-free, but I also knew more about insects & rodents than I ever expected to. Very Very reasonably priced!!! He by far outbid 2 other companies that came out for an estimate. Professional, thorough, and genuinely passionate about his work, High Five didn't just eliminate my uninvited pests--they restored peace of mind. Five stars feels like an understatement. Highly recommend!

Professional, starting point to calling Good Earth Pest Company, my call was taken, great questions…read moreasked, polite, respectful, listening to my quest. I was given a date for a technician to come out. I was told an email would be sent with a date along with a picture of technician Brandon Falnnagan. First class at the office. I received a call from Brandon, on Tuesday as scheduled, he was on his way. When Brandon drove up. I looked at the service vehicle. Clean, well maintained, says al lot before the technician steps out. Brandon stepped up to the door dressed in company shirt, introduced himself with a smile. I invited Brandon in, he placed covers over his shoes. (THOUGHTFUL) We addressed the issues I was having with aunts. We covered the areas, Brandon went along with his inspection. My situation covered fire alarm, attic, outside areas. After inspection, Brandon shined as professional as he introduced himself. Knowledge of the trade, knowledge of products, explaining every aspect of products. Product that are safe for the home owner/pets/plants. The products I was using as a past spray applicator, I was controlling the issue. No need for service (HONESTY) not selling me a service I did not need. No charge for inspection. Integrity as its best. Brandon represented his company as a five star employee. Thank you Good Earth Pest Company Basilio Miranda

Beware,…read morehe contacted us multiple times acting remorseful asking for updates to our review of his comoany. We updated to a three because I said I would. Then he started acting unprofessional and talking about my personal information on his public facebook page before blocking me. I now updates back to a 1. Update: Business owner contacted us and let us know how this transaction happened was not ok. He then refunded our money. We called around to have a hornet's nest removed. This company quoted about $50 cheaper than everyone else. We thought ok, maybe just starting out we will give them a try. The bee guy came out went to our field for minutes and came back to explain they were too active, he would have to come back. Guy was scheduled to come back a few days later early in the morning. He said he came back and sprayed. We called a week later to say bee activity hadn't ceased. He said he would come back out again. He called after he was supposed to be there and said he had an emergency and couldn't make it. This is where, things started to get sketchy for me. My husband wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. They finally came out again and took our side by side down to the field again with no bee equipment. Told us to give it about a week for activity to cease. We waited a week and no activity had ceased we called again and again and again and finally when they answered the guy said he wouldn't refund our money and basically told us we were liars. He accused us of trying to get free service Bee guy didn't complete the job. Beware cheap isn't cheap, if you have to pay twice.

The service that EcoPest provides seems to be well worth the cost. I think the big thing is that if the monthly service was not adequate, or you need additional pest work done, they'll do it free of charge (if you are paying for the monthly service). If you are experiencing serious pest issues more than once a year, I'd probably think about paying for the monthly service. Pests like rats and carpenter ants can ruin your home, chewing through wood and wires which can cause irreplaceable damage.
