I was given a date for a technician to come out. I was told an email would be sent with a date along with a picture of technician Brandon Falnnagan. First class at the office. I received a call from Brandon, on Tuesday as scheduled, he was on his way. When Brandon drove up. I looked at the service vehicle. Clean, well maintained, says al lot before the technician steps out. Brandon stepped up to the door dressed in company shirt, introduced himself with a smile. I invited Brandon in, he placed covers over his shoes. (THOUGHTFUL) We addressed the issues I was having with aunts. We covered the areas, Brandon went along with his inspection. My situation covered fire alarm, attic, outside areas. After inspection, Brandon shined as professional as he introduced himself. Knowledge of the trade, knowledge of products, explaining every aspect of products. Product that are safe for the home owner/pets/plants. The products I was using as a past spray applicator, I was controlling the issue. No need for service (HONESTY) not selling me a service I did not need. No charge for inspection. Integrity as its best. Brandon represented his company as a five star employee. Thank you Good Earth Pest Company Basilio Miranda

From the moment he arrived, Josh approached my pest problem like a knight on a quest. Armed with an arsenal of treatments and a calming sense of humor, he turned what could have been a stressful day into a weirdly fascinating one. It wasn't just spraying and leaving--oh no. He investigated like a detective, explained like a professor, and treated like a true artist of extermination. By the time he finished, not only was my home almost pest-free, but I also knew more about insects & rodents than I ever expected to. Very Very reasonably priced!!! He by far outbid 2 other companies that came out for an estimate. Professional, thorough, and genuinely passionate about his work, High Five didn't just eliminate my uninvited pests--they restored peace of mind. Five stars feels like an understatement. Highly recommend!

The service that EcoPest provides seems to be well worth the cost. I think the big thing is that if the monthly service was not adequate, or you need additional pest work done, they'll do it free of charge (if you are paying for the monthly service). If you are experiencing serious pest issues more than once a year, I'd probably think about paying for the monthly service. Pests like rats and carpenter ants can ruin your home, chewing through wood and wires which can cause irreplaceable damage.
