They do provide good service and have a knowledgeable/ courteous tech, but lack punctuality/ provide timeframe. My wife took the day off for them to come in and do the work. We work 9 to 5 on weekdays, so anytime we have to or take care of anything during the week, is a blessing as it is. I requested a timeframe for their arrival and got the "tech will be there as soon as possible". Tech arrived almost at 5:00pm today. In the future, I would appreciate a timeframe, so we can take care of things from our end and we can be there before the tech arrives. read more

Cannot speak enough about these guys, I have always had a wonderful experience. I have needed their help, beyond my normal service, occasionally over 3+ years for: ants, mice/rats, birds, spiders; you name it they have been there every time. They help educate me in ways to help with reducing activity and, aside from the very rare event, my pest issues are essentially 0 even though I live in a decently woody area. Today Vincent and his partner saved me from high blood pressure and stress. The attached video were the sounds I was hearing all night and terrified what might be in my unused stove. They not only were able to prioritize helping me the next morning but also handled it incredibly quickly and easily. I used the killers for two years to service my house. They are very expensive, in my opinion. I had to stop service last year because of financial reasons. This year, I am selling my home and needed a pest inspection due to the home inspector finding old poop. I called to have the free inspection done. They showed up, and I was given a story about how banks and lenders require a 60-day service if pest evidence is found in an inspection. I went ahead and did this for just over $500. What has irritated me is that my realitor said this is a huge lie and not a bank requirement. Especially when the second guy came in and said there is no new evidence of any pest activity. So they push for services not needed and lie to you. So I am out over 500 for no reason. read more

We've been with The Killers since we bought our house 6 years ago. Originally, we were overrun by ants, spiders and rats. We are now pest-free with only the occasional house spider. Aside from our quarterly treatments, we can call on them anytime for additional pest control and wasp/yellowjacket aid. Salem is one huge antfarm, and the town has more than enough rats. my technician came out and sprayed all around the foundation. he also looked around my steps and under some large rocks and found two ant nests. he also took care of the cobwebs around my front door and sprayed for spiders. he also sprayed some areas inside where I had ants. I've used The Killers for years on contract. Two days ago, the bi-annual attack of box elder bugs occurred on the south side of my farmhouse. The beasts usually give me a small warning of their impending arrival, a few bugs at a time, and I'm able to schedule my technician just in time. This time, however, they arrived all at one time, enmasse, and swarming frantically until clutching to my home's siding, then started to slip through a bedroom window. It was turning into a horror story I've read before. Called The Killers immediately, teary and upset. The assistant arranged a special trip for the following day. My tech arrived promptly at 10 am as promised, and proceeded to spray the h*** out of my house and outbuilding's exterior. This is why I use The Killers. I'll be ready for those buggers next spring. Beware of this company! They charge $950 and if you are unhappy about being mislead by their people, The Manager (Matt) pretends to listen to your issues and does not apologize for any wrong doing. I insisted upon being refunded most of my money, but was told that a one time visit costs $350 because that's what a plumber would charge! I live on Social Security and would have agreed to a $125-$150 charge since they DID show up and do part of what was promised...but $350???? Beware people. Check out other companies before hiring these folks! In my experience and opinion, integrity is lacking here. read more

These guys are always very friendly fly and polite. When I call in between services because I've seen an ant or spider they come out within days. Since starting the service I've had no ants abd previously I'd had ant trouble off and in for all of the 26 years I've lived in my house.
