Shawn (or Sean, not sure on spelling) was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond, listened to my concerns (I'm terrified of spiders) and he took it seriously. He sprayed everything and everywhere he could, inside and out. He did an amazing job of sweeping all the eaves and paid extra attention to my front porch. The Killers and their annual service has been nothing shy of great! They've come out any time I've asked for an extra spray or sweep (again, terrified of spiders lol) read more

Our inspector Gus was super friendly, good listener , respectful and overall a good guy. He explained everything , listened to our concerns and what we needed and didn't over sell what we didn't need. If you are looking for a new company five killers a call asap. I honestly we should have never left them. We highly recommend killers for all your pest concerns cause they live up to the words they say. read more

On Tuesday, August 25th, 2026, we had an exterminator (not the usual one we've had prior times) and according to my wife, he was very disrespectful and when I spoke to him over my Ring camera, he kept saying he had "no idea why he was there?" And it sounded like it was an inconvenience to be there. I had to call plain to him the service he was supposed to do, check the traps (apparently, he didn't know he had to do that either.) I was very surprised at his attitude and from my wife reported while I was at work, it didn't get any better. In the future, please do not have this person to ever come back to our property. Thank you. read more

The Killers have been nothing but helpful and ready to serve when I need pest control. I voted them Best In Willamette Valley. They have been my go to pest control for years. read more

Cannot speak enough about these guys, I have always had a wonderful experience. I have needed their help, beyond my normal service, occasionally over 3+ years for: ants, mice/rats, birds, spiders; you name it they have been there every time. They help educate me in ways to help with reducing activity and, aside from the very rare event, my pest issues are essentially 0 even though I live in a decently woody area. Today Vincent and his partner saved me from high blood pressure and stress. The attached video were the sounds I was hearing all night and terrified what might be in my unused stove. They not only were able to prioritize helping me the next morning but also handled it incredibly quickly and easily. So grateful for these guys and will definitely be keeping their services for as long as I live here! If you are unsure if their service is worth it I can happily attest to their quality! read more

There were substantial fees at first and I have to pay them a fee to fire them. They never accomplished anything. I ended up doing it myself. The only "killing" being done is your bank balance. read more

I used the killers for two years to service my house. They are very expensive, in my opinion. I had to stop service last year because of financial reasons. This year, I am selling my home and needed a pest inspection due to the home inspector finding old poop. I called to have the free inspection done. They showed up, and I was given a story about how banks and lenders require a 60-day service if pest evidence is found in an inspection. I went ahead and did this for just over $500. What has irritated me is that my realitor said this is a huge lie and not a bank requirement. Especially when the second guy came in and said there is no new evidence of any pest activity. So they push for services not needed and lie to you. So I am out over 500 for no reason. read more

Agustín from Killers came to asses our pest problem, he was very professional and explained with detail the process for treatment. My husband and I were well pleased with the service. read more

Response was prompt, professional and affordable. Clear explanations, completely pet safe.

We've been with The Killers since we bought our house 6 years ago. Originally, we were overrun by ants, spiders and rats. We are now pest-free with only the occasional house spider. Aside from our quarterly treatments, we can call on them anytime for additional pest control and wasp/yellowjacket aid. Salem is one huge antfarm, and the town has more than enough rats. Especially since Covid. Pest protection is a must for most homeowners. read more

They stuck with us coming back over and over to seal holes and bait traps. I am a happy client to be sure read more

This is a great company to work with. I'm very happy. I pay for the yearly service for them to come out and spray periodically. They are always on time, they always give me a heads up when they're coming out and we schedule far enough in advance. The guy that comes out is very professional and even with talking over the phone with the staff, they are amazing and they provider good service. I will definitely be renewing with them next year. read more

I've used The Killers for years on contract. Two days ago, the bi-annual attack of box elder bugs occurred on the south side of my farmhouse. The beasts usually give me a small warning of their impending arrival, a few bugs at a time, and I'm able to schedule my technician just in time. This time, however, they arrived all at one time, enmasse, and swarming frantically until clutching to my home's siding, then started to slip through a bedroom window. It was turning into a horror story I've read before. Called The Killers immediately, teary and upset. The assistant arranged a special trip for the following day. My tech arrived promptly at 10 am as promised, and proceeded to spray the h*** out of my house and outbuilding's exterior. This is why I use The Killers. I'll be ready for those buggers next spring. Thank you The Killers! == read more

Beware of this company! They charge $950 and if you are unhappy about being mislead by their people, The Manager (Matt) pretends to listen to your issues and does not apologize for any wrong doing. I insisted upon being refunded most of my money, but was told that a one time visit costs $350 because that's what a plumber would charge! I live on Social Security and would have agreed to a $125-$150 charge since they DID show up and do part of what was promised...but $350???? Beware people. Check out other companies before hiring these folks! In my experience and opinion, integrity is lacking here. read more

These guys are always very friendly fly and polite. When I call in between services because I've seen an ant or spider they come out within days. Since starting the service I've had no ants abd previously I'd had ant trouble off and in for all of the 26 years I've lived in my house. I'm sold and will continue to use them indefinitely. read more

This is my 1st month follow-up appointment, we were still seeing a few straggler ants, Jordan sprayed again outside and inside. I'm hoping this will take care of the stragglers but we'll see. I'll post my 2 month follow-up in the next 30 days or so........... read more
