I called Pointe Pest Control to get information on a pest problem. They were very knowledgeable. My husband and I have health problems so we have to be careful of the the chemicals being used. I was pleased to fine that it was plant base, safe, and being used in Hospitals, Day cares etc. I liked that they were concerned about our health. The staff that we came in contact were professional and listened to us. Brandon gave us a 30 minute courtesy call to let us know he was on his way. He talked us through the process of how and what he was going to do, at the same time educating us on how we could avoid some of the problems in the future. I liked that he was well dressed and felted he was being honest. To me it shows the company takes pride on how they care about customers. My experience with Pointe has been one of the best experiences I have had in the recent last few years -- not only with a pest control company, but with any company. After my initial time reaching out, I was contacted within an hour, and an account manager was at my house the next day (less than 24 hours later). Our account manager was AWESOME. He explained everything so thoroughly and was so professional. He got us on the schedule for the next morning! Our technician, Steve, was THE BEST! He showed us how he went about everything and what the products he used were for. He even took the spider webs off EVERY nook and cranny of our house and got us all squared away. We have been using Pointe Pest Control now for for about a year and a half. We just relocated to this area, but our experience began in the Walla Walla area. We had a huge problem with Box Elder Bugs and Brown Stink Bugs. Our old pest control company didn't even dent the problem... in fact, they would never even talk to us, they just sprayed and billed. Finally we decided to try Pointe. The technician was knowledgeable and they did a thorough job ridding us of the Box Elder Bugs, Stink Bugs, and Spiders. We have had the same luck in our new location. We just had a visit from Samuel to control sugar ants. He was courteous, professional and did a thorough job. Lucky enough to have someone at house within a couple hours and get to work on our pest issue. All the people I talked to this am (3) were very pleasant and have great customer service.
