I guess they don't like dealing with customers who only want a one time spraying. very rude and very unprofessional. beware of using these guys. And in the last conversation we had, they say they cannot guarantee that the ants will ever be gone. So basically, all they will do is somewhat attempt to manage the ants and not eradicate them. If you question them on how this works, all they answer is "Trust the science." So we asked what does the science show? Will the ants be gone? When? Surely you have some idea. Nope. They could not give us any answers. The last person we talked to got so mad at us asking questions and wanting to know when the ant problem would be solved, that they stated they could not work with us and they ended the contract.
