I called pointe to schedule a spraying of the outside of my house. the guy I talked to wanted me to…read moresign up for their quarterly spraying and I told him I was only interested in the one time spraying. he said he would get back to me with the time and date by text. never heard from him. a week later I called back to ask where my appointment was and the woman said she would contact the guy to give me the date and time. now two weeks later I have still not heard from him. I guess they don't like dealing with customers who only want a one time spraying. very rude and very unprofessional. beware of using these guys. Unless you want their full quarterly treatment program you are nothing to them.

We hired them to get rid of our carpenter ants. They have been here twice and we have seen zero…read moreimprovement. In fact, we have more ants now than when we first called them. And in the last conversation we had, they say they cannot guarantee that the ants will ever be gone. So basically, all they will do is somewhat attempt to manage the ants and not eradicate them. If you question them on how this works, all they answer is "Trust the science." So we asked what does the science show? Will the ants be gone? When? Surely you have some idea. Nope. They could not give us any answers. The last person we talked to got so mad at us asking questions and wanting to know when the ant problem would be solved, that they stated they could not work with us and they ended the contract. Worst customer service we have EVER dealt with and they did not get rid of the ants.
