He came and sprayed the exterior perimeter of my home and in fact he was so quiet I didn't even know he had came and gone, which is really nice for people working at home!!! I received an invoice promptly via email that was well detailed and easy to read. Chris also came back and sprayed again a couple weeks later because he was noticing the spiders are extra bad this year and he wanted to put a little stronger treatment ( no extra cost) around the perimeter to ensure I was satisfied!!!! I really appreciated him going out of his way to complete the job in a professional manner. Thank you Chris!!!

And in the last conversation we had, they say they cannot guarantee that the ants will ever be gone. So basically, all they will do is somewhat attempt to manage the ants and not eradicate them. If you question them on how this works, all they answer is "Trust the science." So we asked what does the science show? Will the ants be gone? When? Surely you have some idea. Nope. They could not give us any answers. The last person we talked to got so mad at us asking questions and wanting to know when the ant problem would be solved, that they stated they could not work with us and they ended the contract. Worst customer service we have EVER dealt with and they did not get rid of the ants.
