Thank you Cody. We had CM appliance repair come out today 3/23/26. This young man was the best. There was a delay on his part, he called us. Once he was heading our way, he called us. He was able to test the parts, good one vs bad one. Gave us a reasonable price to fix the fridge in the RV. Parts are on order. Being we are in no hurry to get it fixed, he said he had other stuff to work on so, or fridge will be good as new in a couple of week. Thank you Cody, we are so happy we call you when our appliances need fixed. You the best and honest. read more

Outstanding, just wow! I've been in the service industry myself for nearly three decades now, and I can't recall the last time I was this impressed. Cody is everything you're looking for: prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot our problem with our dishwasher and repair it on the same visit, and offered great advice for extending its useful life, maximizing its efficacy, and what makes/models he recommended when we replace it in the future. AND he was absolute magic with our dogs, two of which aren't generally great with people. Amazing! Five hundred million stars! read more

I have used CM appliance repair anytime I have an issue. He comes out as soon as he can. When it come to home town small business this is the perfect representation. He truly cares.
